Le Corrèze et sa feuille de châtaignier, le Breizh Kontell et son hermine bretonne, l’Occitan et sa croix occitane ainsi que l’Elsass et sa cigogne, chacun décliné en pluieurs modèles mais également en couteaux de table. Les manches sont réalisés dans de nombreuses essences de bois ou en matières naturelles. Tous ces produits et de nombreux autres sont commercialisés dans la boutique de Collonges la Rouge.

Working in the pure French cutlery tradition, EUSTACHE offers a whole collection of regional knives inspired by the terroir or cultural heritage, with flies specific to each region. The Corrèze with its chestnut leaf, the Breizh Kontell with its Breton ermine, the Occitan with its Occitan cross, and the Elsass with its stork are all available in several models, as well as in table knives. Handles are made from a wide range of woods and natural materials. All these products, and many more, are sold in the Collonges la Rouge boutique.
