Les Moulins de Razel – Pérols-sur-Vézère

"Millevaches, Pays des Mille Sources" comptait de nombreux moulins. Si le paysage actuel est marqué par les prairies et la forêt, les céréales étaient autrefois essentielles. La particularité de Razel est de compter trois moulins sur un même site : tandis que les habitants de Razel et Chaumeil construisirent le moulin collectif du centre, deux familles plus aisées bâtirent les deux autres.

"Millevaches, Pays des Mille Sources" had many mills. If the current landscape is marked by meadows and forest, cereals were once essential. The particularity of Razel is to have three mills on the same site: while the inhabitants of Razel and Chaumeil built the collective mill in the centre, two wealthier families built the other two.

"Millevaches, Pays des Mille Sources" zählte zahlreiche Mühlen. Auch wenn die heutige Landschaft von Wiesen und Wäldern geprägt ist, war Getreide früher von entscheidender Bedeutung. Die Besonderheit von Razel ist, dass es drei Mühlen an einem Ort gibt: Während die Bewohner von Razel und Chaumeil die Gemeinschaftsmühle im Zentrum bauten, errichteten zwei wohlhabendere Familien die beiden anderen.

Het bijzondere van Razel is dat er drie molens op dezelfde plaats staan: terwijl de inwoners van Razel en Chaumeil de collectieve molen in het centrum bouwden, bouwden twee rijkere families de andere twee.
