Les crêtes du Haut-Mâconnais – D'Azé à Tournus – Azé

Depuis Azé, village classé Station Verte, connu pour la richesse de ses souterrains, on met le cap au nord jusqu'à Laives. L'itinéraire chemine d'abord sur le massif de Rochebin à la beauté sauvage. Ce chaînon calcaire en zone naturelle d'intérêts écologique, faunistique et floristique (ZNIEFF) abrite de nombreux trésors dans ses souterrains comme sur ses sols. On entre ensuite dans les terres du Clunisois avec Chissey-lès-Mâcon comme étape intéressante. Ce petit bourg inspire les talents. Faite une halte au Hameau de Lys pour rencontrer les artisans d'art à l'œuvre dans leurs ateliers : potier, sculpteur fondeur, lissier, cordonnier. Plus loin, le passage à proximité de La Chapelle-sous-Brancion, situé au pied de l'éperon fortifié de Brancion, offre un beau point de vue sur le village, ses hameaux et l'église Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption, héritage roman du XIIe s. On poursuit entre cultures, prés et bois jusqu'à Nanton puis Montceaux-Ragny. Ici le temps semble suspendu. Le village, situé sur le flanc oriental d'une montagne couverte de forêts, est protégé au titre des sites inscrits et offre des paysages et un patrimoine préservés. Bientôt l'arrivée au point le plus au nord du parcours : Laives. Deux tables d'orientation détaillent le superbe panorama qui s'offre au regard depuis l'église romane de Saint-Martin "phare de la Bourgogne du Sud" sur la vallée de la Grosne, le Chalonnais, la Bresse, le Jura et les Alpes. Après cette halte, retour vers le sud direction Mancey par le GR76A puis Tournus avec une portion sur du GR76B. Autour de nous, la vigne regagne petit à petit du terrain. Arrivée à Tournus, ne manquez pas la visite du bourg pavé d'où fuse dans le ciel les clochers de sa célèbre abbaye, joyau de l'art roman. From Azé, a village classified as a "Station Verte" (green resort) and known for its rich underground network, we head north to Laives. The route begins in the wildly beautiful Rochebin massif. This limestone range, classified as a natural zone of ecological, faunistic and floristic interest (ZNIEFF), is home to many treasures, both underground and on the ground. We then enter the Clunisois region with Chissey-lès-Mâcon as an interesting stop-off point. This small town inspires talent. The route continues through fields, meadows and woods to Nanton and then Montceaux-Ragny. Here, time seems to stand still. The village, situated on the eastern flank of a forest-covered mountain, is a listed site, offering unspoilt landscapes and heritage. Soon we reach the northernmost point of the route: Laives. Iets verderop biedt de pas bij La Chapelle-sous-Brancion, aan de voet van de versterkte uitloper van Brancion, een mooi uitzicht op het dorp, de gehuchten en de kerk Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption, een romaanse erfenis uit de 12e eeuw. De route gaat verder door velden, weiden en bossen naar Nanton en vervolgens Montceaux-Ragny. Hier lijkt de tijd stil te staan. Het dorp, gelegen op de oostelijke flank van een beboste berg, staat op de monumentenlijst en biedt een ongerept landschap en erfgoed. Al snel bereiken we het meest noordelijke punt van de route: Laives. Twee wegwijzers wijzen u op het prachtige panoramische uitzicht vanaf de Romaanse kerk Saint-Martin, het "baken van Zuid-Bourgondië", over de vallei van de Grosne, de Chalonnais, Bresse, de Jura en de Alpen. Na deze tussenstop gaan we terug naar het zuiden richting Mancey op de GR76A en vervolgens naar Tournus op een deel van de GR76B. Overal om ons heen winnen de wijngaarden geleidelijk terrein terug. Als u in Tournus aankomt, mag u een bezoek aan de geplaveide stad niet missen, waar de klokkentorens van de beroemde abdij, een juweel van Romaanse kunst, hoog in de lucht reiken. Tras esta etapa, volvemos hacia el sur, hacia Mancey, por el GR76A, y luego hacia Tournus, por un tramo del GR76B. A nuestro alrededor, los viñedos recuperan terreno poco a poco. Presto raggiungeremo il punto più settentrionale del percorso: Laives. Dopo questa sosta, torniamo a sud verso Mancey sul GR76A, poi Tournus su un tratto del GR76B. Intorno a noi, i vigneti stanno gradualmente recuperando terreno.
