Historial Jeanne d'Arc – Rouen

Plus grand site dédié à la mémoire de la célèbre Pucelle d’Orléans, l’Historial Jeanne d’Arc est installé dans une partie du palais de l’archevêché de Rouen. C’est entre ces murs qu’ont eu lieu les deux procès de Jeanne, celui de sa condamnation en 1431 et celui de sa réhabilitation en 1456. La scénographie, très moderne, vous transporte au XVe siècle où vous rencontrez sous forme d’hologramme différents personnages, témoins de l’épopée de Jeanne et de son procès. Une expérience immersive dans un lieu magique !

The Historial Jeanne d'Arc (Joan of Arc Museum) is located in the Archbishop's palace in Rouen, in the heart of the historic centre and close to the cathedral. This exceptional setting, built between the 11th and the 18th century, is listed a Historic Building. It is where Joan of Arc was condemned to death (1431) and where the second trial took place (1456). This place is thus particularly appropriate to immerse visitors in the history and myth of this heroine of French History. A visit out-of-the-ordinary using the latest video and sound multimedia technologies, the architecture and the evocative power of the place serve as a background to Joan of Arc's epic tale. Guided by Juvenal, the jurist who presided over the second trial, visitors will witness and take part in an incredible historical and legal story with testimonies of those who had met Joan. Another part of the museum will deal with the myth of Joan of Arc in a dedicated area called "Mythothèque" in which visitors will have access to multimedia educational tools to better understand who Joan of Arc was through the themes of politics, arts and history.

Das Historial Jeanne d'Arc ist die größte Stätte, die dem Gedenken an die berühmte Jungfrau von Orléans gewidmet ist, und befindet sich in einem Teil des erzbischöflichen Palastes von Rouen. In diesen Mauern fanden die beiden Prozesse gegen Jeanne statt, der zu ihrer Verurteilung im Jahr 1431 und der zu ihrer Rehabilitierung im Jahr 1456. Die sehr moderne Szenografie versetzt Sie ins 15. De Historial Jeanne d'Arc is de grootste site gewijd aan de nagedachtenis van de beroemde Pucelle d'Orléans en is ondergebracht in een deel van het aartsbisschoppelijk paleis in Rouen. Binnen deze muren vonden de twee processen van Jeanne plaats, die van haar veroordeling in 1431 en die van haar rehabilitatie in 1456. De zeer moderne scenografie neemt u mee naar de 15e eeuw, waar u verschillende personages ontmoet in de vorm van hologrammen, getuigen van het epos van Jeanne en haar proces. El Historial Juana de Arco es el mayor recinto dedicado a la memoria de la célebre Pucelle d'Orléans y se encuentra en una parte del Palacio Arzobispal de Ruán. Fue entre estos muros donde tuvieron lugar los dos juicios de Juana, el de su condena en 1431 y el de su rehabilitación en 1456. La escenografía, muy moderna, le traslada al siglo XV, donde conocerá a varios personajes en forma de hologramas, testigos de la epopeya de Juana y de su juicio. L'Historial Jeanne d'Arc è il più grande sito dedicato alla memoria della famosa Pucelle d'Orléans ed è ospitato in una parte del Palazzo Arcivescovile di Rouen. È tra queste mura che si svolsero i due processi di Giovanna, quello di condanna nel 1431 e quello di riabilitazione nel 1456. La modernissima scenografia vi riporterà nel XV secolo, dove incontrerete vari personaggi sotto forma di ologrammi, testimoni dell'epopea di Giovanna e del suo processo. Un'esperienza coinvolgente in un luogo magico!
