CIRCUIT VTT N°3 (ROUGE) LA GLACIERE – Xonrupt-Longemer

Au départ du Col du Surceneux (D23 direction Le Valtin) partir direction ouest jusqu'à la Roche des Bruyères (vue sur Gérardmer) puis le Col de Martimpré. Continuer en suivant le GR533 jusqu'au carrefour de Harfontaine où il faudra continuer à droite pour revenir jusqu'à la scierie du Lançoir dans le Défilé de Straiture. Suivre un temps la route qui remonte le vallon pour repartir en forêt vers le Schmalick puis la route forestière des Broches et enfin revenir à votre point de départ. Circuit long en forêt sur le secteur de Xonrupt côté Ban sur Meurthe. Parcours estimé à maximum 3 H. Circuit de 27 km et 500 m de dénivelé positif. Sens horaire. Suivre les balises portant le N°3 sur fond rouge.

From the Col du Surceneux (D23 towards Le Valtin) head west to the Roche des Bruyères (view of Gérardmer) then the Col de Martimpré. Continue along the GR533 to the Harfontaine crossroads, where you turn right to return to the Lançoir sawmill in the Défilé de Straiture. Follow the road up the valley for a while, then head back into the forest towards the Schmalick, then the Broches forest road, and finally back to your starting point. Long forest circuit on the Ban sur Meurthe side of Xonrupt. Estimated time: maximum 3 hours. 27 km circuit with 500 m elevation gain. Clockwise direction. Vom Col du Surceneux (D23 Richtung Le Valtin) aus gehen Sie in Richtung Westen bis zum Roche des Bruyères (Blick auf Gérardmer) und dann zum Col de Martimpré. Folgen Sie dem GR533 bis zur Kreuzung von Harfontaine, wo Sie rechts weitergehen müssen, um bis zur Sägerei von Lançoir in den Défilé de Straiture zurückzukehren. Folgen Sie eine Weile der Straße, die das Tal hinaufführt, um dann wieder durch den Wald zur Schmalick und dann zur Forststraße von Broches zu gehen und schließlich zu Ihrem Ausgangspunkt zurückzukehren. Ga vanaf de Col du Surceneux (D23 richting Le Valtin) in westelijke richting tot aan de Roche des Bruyères (uitzicht op Gérardmer) en vervolgens de Col de Martimpré. Volg de GR533 tot aan het kruispunt van Harfontaine, waar je rechtsaf slaat om terug te keren naar de zagerij van Lançoir in het Défilé de Straiture. Volg de weg een tijdje door de vallei omhoog voordat je het bos weer ingaat richting Schmalick en vervolgens de bosweg van Broches om uiteindelijk terug te keren naar je startpunt. Lang boscircuit in de sector Xonrupt aan de kant van Ban sur Meurthe. Geschatte tijd: maximaal 3 uur. Route van 27 km met 500 m stijging. Met de klok mee. Volg de wegwijzers met nr. 3 op een rode achtergrond.

Desde el Col du Surceneux (D23 en dirección a Le Valtin), diríjase hacia el oeste hasta la Roche des Bruyères (vista de Gérardmer) y después al Col de Martimpré. Continúe por el GR533 hasta el cruce de Harfontaine, donde girará a la derecha para volver al aserradero de Lançoir en el Défilé de Straiture. Siga la carretera valle arriba durante un rato antes de adentrarse de nuevo en el bosque hacia el Schmalick y luego la pista forestal de Broches para, finalmente, volver a su punto de partida. Largo circuito forestal en el sector de Xonrupt del lado de Ban sur Meurthe. Tiempo estimado: 3 horas máximo. Recorrido de 27 km con 500 m de desnivel. Sentido horario. Siga las señales marcadas con el nº 3 sobre fondo rojo.

Dal Col du Surceneux (D23 verso Le Valtin) si prosegue verso ovest fino alla Roche des Bruyères (vista su Gérardmer) e poi al Col de Martimpré. Si prosegue lungo il GR533 fino all'incrocio di Harfontaine, dove si gira a destra per tornare alla segheria di Lançoir nel Défilé de Straiture. Seguire la strada che risale la valle per un po' prima di rientrare nella foresta verso lo Schmalick e poi la strada forestale delle Broches e infine tornare al punto di partenza. Lungo circuito forestale nel settore di Xonrupt, sul versante di Ban sur Meurthe. Tempo stimato: 3 ore al massimo. Percorso di 27 km con 500 m di dislivello. Direzione oraria.
