Situé au cœur d'un parc communal à 2 pas de la gare, le Manoir de Keranden héberge depuis 2022 un tiers-lieu associatif animé par un collectif d'entrepreneur.es, de télétravailleur.ses, d’habitants et d’associations qui se sont donnés pour mission d'animer leur territoire et de recréer du lien social en partageant des espaces conviviaux et accessibles de travail et de culture. Au cœur de cette bâtisse de caractère, le tiers-lieu Keranden est, en journée, un espace de coworking et de salles de réunions et formations. Les soirs et week-ends, il propose des animations, expositions, ateliers ouverts à tous. Alors pour travailler à la journée ou vous poser quelques heures en attendant votre train, pour visiter la bâtisse, ou profiter d’une exposition : venez nous rencontrer !

Situated in the heart of a municipal park, just a stone's throw from the station, since 2022 the Manoir de Keranden has been home to a third-location community run by a group of entrepreneurs, teleworkers, residents and associations whose mission is to enliven their region and recreate social ties by sharing friendly, accessible work and cultural spaces. At the heart of this characterful building, the Keranden third-place is, during the day, a coworking space with meeting and training rooms. In the evenings and at weekends, it offers events, exhibitions and workshops open to all. So, if you want to work all day or just relax for a few hours while waiting for your train, visit the building or enjoy an exhibition: come and meet us!

Das Manoir de Keranden liegt inmitten eines Gemeindeparks, nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt, und beherbergt seit 2022 einen assoziativen Dritter Ort, der von einem Kollektiv aus Unternehmern, Telearbeitern, Einwohnern und Vereinen betrieben wird, die es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht haben, ihre Region zu beleben und durch die gemeinsame Nutzung von benutzerfreundlichen und zugänglichen Arbeits- und Kulturräumen wieder soziale Bindungen herzustellen. Im Herzen dieses charaktervollen Gebäudes befindet sich der Drittort Keranden, der tagsüber ein Raum für Coworking, Meetings und Schulungen ist. Abends und an den Wochenenden finden hier Veranstaltungen, Ausstellungen und Workshops statt, die für alle offen sind. De Manoir de Keranden, gelegen in het hart van een stadspark op een steenworp afstand van het station, huisvest sinds 2022 een buurthuis voor derden dat wordt gerund door een groep ondernemers, telewerkers, bewoners en verenigingen die zich tot taak hebben gesteld hun wijk nieuw leven in te blazen en de sociale banden te herstellen door vriendelijke, toegankelijke werk- en culturele ruimtes te delen. In het hart van dit karaktervolle gebouw is het Keranden third-location centre overdag een coworking space met vergader- en opleidingsruimtes. S Avonds en in het weekend zijn er evenementen, tentoonstellingen en workshops die voor iedereen toegankelijk zijn. Dus als je de hele dag wilt werken of gewoon een paar uur wilt ontspannen terwijl je op je trein wacht, het gebouw wilt bezoeken of een tentoonstelling wilt bijwonen, kom dan naar ons!

Nel cuore di questo caratteristico edificio, il centro di terza collocazione Keranden è, durante il giorno, uno spazio di coworking con sale per riunioni e formazione.
