Soirée thématique : Oser le Vieillissement – 27-09-2025 – Beaune

Approchez les différentes étapes de l’évolution de nos vins en blanc et en rouge lors d'une dégustation thématique au sein de notre cuverie. Christine Botton, œnologue, vous fera visiter nos chais puis animera cette dégustation sur le thème du vieillissement. La soirée se terminera par un diner convivial accompagné de vieux millésimes de la Maison.

Learn about the different stages in the development of our white and red wines during a themed tasting in our winery. Christine Botton, oenologist, will take you on a tour of our cellars and then lead the tasting session on the theme of ageing. The evening will end with a convivial dinner accompanied by old vintages of the House.

Erleben Sie die verschiedenen Entwicklungsstufen unserer Weiß- und Rotweine bei einer thematischen Verkostung in unserem Weinkeller. Die Önologin Christine Botton wird Sie durch unsere Weinkeller führen und anschließend die Verkostung zum Thema Alterung leiten. Der Abend endet mit einem gemütlichen Abendessen, bei dem alte Jahrgänge des Hauses serviert werden.

Leer meer over de verschillende stadia in de ontwikkeling van onze witte en rode wijnen tijdens een themaproeverij in onze wijnmakerij. Christine Botton, vinologe, neemt je mee op een rondleiding door onze kelders en leidt daarna de proeverij rond het thema rijping. De avond wordt afgesloten met een gezellig diner met oude wijnen van het huis.
