Laurent Legrand, alias L’Oiseau arpenteur, naturaliste et guide nature, vous présentera les traditionnels murets de pierres sèches familiers du Cotentin. Pas à pas, il vous montrera comment se construit un muret, du choix des pierres au couronnement de l’ouvrage. Dans une seconde partie, il vous parlera de l’histoire et de l’écologie des murets. Enfin, c’est une découverte sur le terrain que vous ferez en compagnie du naturaliste et des jardinières de l’île qui vous inviteront à observer les plantes (centranthes, plantes grasses, sedum, lierres, fougères, etc.) et les animaux qui vivent dans ou autour de cet écosystème.
