Parcours d’orientation du Roc Saint-André – Val d'Oust

Seul, en groupe ou en famille, venez découvrir autrement Le Roc Saint-André (commune du Val d'Oust). Six parcours d'orientation tous publics sont proposés dans un site naturel (à 90 % dans les sous-bois) et sécurisé (pas de route). La course d’orientation est une activité de pleine nature qui consiste à parcourir un circuit matérialisé par des balises (points de contrôle), que le participant doit découvrir par l'itinéraire de son choix, en utilisant une carte spéciale d'orientation et éventuellement une boussole. Ces balises sont numérotées et munies d’une pince « codée » qui permet de poinçonner la carte, afin de certifier votre passage à ces différents endroits. Petits sentiers, buttes, trous, fossés, balises à rechercher… tout est représenté dans les moindres détails sur la carte. Les cartes sont disponibles gratuitement en mairie du Val d'Oust (Le Roc Saint-André) et à l'office de tourisme de Josselin.

Six orienteering courses for all publics are proposed in a natural site (90% in the undergrowth) and secured (no road). Orienteering is an outdoor activity which consists in following a circuit marked by markers (control points), which the participant must discover by the route of his choice, using a special orienteering map and possibly a compass. These markers are numbered and equipped with a "coded" clip that allows you to punch the map, in order to certify your passage to these different places. Small paths, hills, holes, ditches, markers to look for? everything is represented in great detail on the map. The maps are available free of charge at the Val d'Oust town hall (Le Roc Saint-André) and at the tourist office in Josselin.

Orientierungslauf ist eine Aktivität in der freien Natur, bei der eine mit Markierungen (Kontrollpunkten) versehene Strecke zurückgelegt wird, die der Teilnehmer auf einer Route seiner Wahl mithilfe einer speziellen Orientierungskarte und eventuell einem Kompass entdecken muss. Die Markierungen sind nummeriert und mit einer "codierten" Klammer versehen, mit der die Karte gelocht werden kann, um Ihr Vorbeikommen an den verschiedenen Stellen zu bescheinigen. Kleine Pfade, Hügel, Löcher, Gräben, zu suchende Markierungen… alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail auf der Karte verzeichnet. Die Karten sind kostenlos im Rathaus von Val d'Oust (Le Roc Saint-André) und im Tourismusbüro von Josselin erhältlich.

Deze markeringen zijn genummerd en voorzien van een "gecodeerde" clip waarmee de kaart kan worden geperforeerd om uw doorgang op deze verschillende plaatsen te bevestigen. Kleine paden, heuvels, gaten, greppels, markeringen om te zoeken? Alles is tot in detail op de kaart weergegeven. De kaarten zijn gratis verkrijgbaar bij het gemeentehuis van Val d'Oust (Le Roc Saint-André) en bij het toeristenbureau van Josselin.

Se ofrecen seis recorridos de orientación para todas las edades en un paraje natural (90% en la maleza) y seguro (sin carreteras). La orientación es una actividad al aire libre que consiste en recorrer un circuito marcado por balizas (puntos de control), que el participante debe descubrir por la ruta que elija, utilizando un mapa especial de orientación y, posiblemente, una brújula. Estos marcadores están numerados y equipados con un clip "codificado" que permite perforar el mapa para certificar su paso por estos diferentes lugares. Pequeños senderos, colinas, agujeros, zanjas, marcas que buscar… todo está representado con gran detalle en el mapa. Los mapas están disponibles gratuitamente en el ayuntamiento de Val d'Oust (Le Roc Saint-André) y en la oficina de turismo de Josselin.

L'orienteering è un'attività all'aperto che consiste nel percorrere un circuito contrassegnato da marcatori (punti di controllo), che il partecipante deve scoprire attraverso un percorso a sua scelta, utilizzando una speciale mappa di orienteering ed eventualmente una bussola. Questi marcatori sono numerati e dotati di una clip "codificata" che consente di perforare la mappa per certificare il passaggio in questi diversi luoghi. Piccoli sentieri, colline, buche, fossati, segnali da cercare: tutto è rappresentato in modo molto dettagliato sulla mappa.
