Elle a travaillé dans le commerce du vins en Angleterre pendant de nombreuses années avant de s'installer en France en 2006. The Tasting Room is a small wine tourism business, but alongside it, Cathy Henton works in partnership with several winemakers. She worked in the wine trade in England for many years before moving to France in 2006. A wine educator, she has a WSET Diploma level 4 and a Diploma in Viti/Oeno.

Der Tasting Room ist ein kleines Weintourismusunternehmen, aber daneben arbeitet Cathy Henton mit mehreren Winzern zusammen. Sie hat viele Jahre lang im Weinhandel in England gearbeitet, bevor sie 2006 nach Frankreich zog. Als Weinpädagogin hat sie das WSET Diploma Level 4 und ein Diplom in Viti/Oeno.
