Der Hafen von Capbreton, der einzige Hafen im Departement Landes (40), liegt direkt am Atlantischen Ozean und ist das privilegierte Eingangstor zu einer Stadt mit einer reichen maritimen Vergangenheit inmitten einer geschützten Naturlandschaft. In der Nähe der riesigen Sandstrände und des Landes-Waldes befindet sich ein in Europa einzigartiger Naturraum, der zu einem wertvollen und geselligen Zwischenstopp einlädt Fischfang: Der Fischfang wird seit mehr als 7 Jahrhunderten betrieben und ist reich an Seezungen, Goldbrassen, Tintenfischen, die hier Chipirons genannt werden, Seehechten, Stintdorschen, Magerfisch… Die Berufsfischer von Capbreton mit ihrer Flotte aus 19 Booten betreiben handwerkliche Fischerei, hauptsächlich mit Netzen, aber auch mit Grundschleppnetzen, Langleinen oder Reusen. De haven van Capbreton, de enige haven van de Landes (40) met uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan, is de bevoorrechte toegangspoort tot een stad met een rijk maritiem verleden, in het hart van een behouden natuur. In de buurt van immense fijne zandstranden en het bos van Landes, is het een unieke natuurlijke ruimte in Europa voor een waardevolle en gezellige tussenstop Visserij: Sinds meer dan 7 eeuwen wordt er volop gevist: tong, zeebrasem, inktvis, hier chipirons genoemd, heek, kever, schartong… De beroepsvissers van Capbreton, met hun vloot van 19 boten, beoefenen de ambachtelijke visserij voornamelijk met netten, maar ook met bodemtrawls, beuglijnen of vallen. De vruchten van hun vangst worden elke dag verkocht aan de voet van het havenkantoor. Het is het vertrekpunt voor vele nautische activiteiten: zeilen, uitstapjes op zee, zeevissen, jetskiën…

Cerca de inmensas playas de arena fina y del bosque de las Landas, es un espacio natural único en Europa para una parada preciosa y agradable Pesca: Practicada desde hace más de 7 siglos, la pesca es abundante: lenguado, besugo, calamares llamados chipirones, merluza, faneca, maigres.. En cuanto a los pescadores profesionales de Capbreton, con su flota de 19 barcos, practican la pesca artesanal principalmente con redes, pero también con redes de arrastre de fondo, palangres o trampas. El fruto de sus capturas se vende todos los días al pie de la oficina del puerto. Es el punto de partida de numerosas actividades náuticas: vela, salidas al mar, pesca marítima, esquí acuático…

Vicino a immense spiagge di sabbia fine e alla foresta delle Landes, è uno spazio naturale unico in Europa per una sosta preziosa e accogliente Pesca: praticata da oltre 7 secoli, la pesca è abbondante: sogliole, orate, calamari chiamati chipirons, naselli, busbane, maigre? I pescatori professionisti di Capbreton, con la loro flotta di 19 barche, praticano la pesca artigianale principalmente con reti, ma anche con reti a strascico, palangari o trappole. Il frutto del loro pescato viene venduto ogni giorno ai piedi della Capitaneria di Porto. È il punto di partenza per molte attività nautiche: vela, uscite in mare, pesca in mare, jet-ski…
