LE PARADOU – Les Tours de Castillon – Paradou

Au parking, prendre le sentier caillouteux balisé en bleu qui monte en faible pente, longeant l’oliveraie biologique sur la gauche. 1- Une fois les tours en vue, emprunter la piste qui s’élève sur la droite, laissant ainsi la première tour sur la gauche. À hauteur de la troisième tour invisible jusqu’alors, prendre à droite, puis continuer de suivre le sentier balisé en bleu en logeant les rochers de la Pène. 2- Au niveau de la route, tourner directement à gauche et la longer en suivant le chemin du Castillon en direction des différents mas (prudence, présence de voitures probable). Continuer sur la route jusqu'au croisement au niveau du pont Saint-Jean. 3- Arrivé au panneau RIS, tourner à gauche pour reprendre le parcours qui s'enfonce à nouveau dans le petit massif. De retour aux tours de Castillon, tourner à droite et suivre le premier sentier emprunté pour boucler le tour des tours.

At the car park, take the rocky path marked in blue which goes up a gentle slope, going along an organic olive grove on the left. 1 – Once the towers in sight, take the track which rises on the right, leaving the first turn on the left behind. When reaching the third tower, which was hidden until now, turn right then continue following the blue marked trail by going along the rocks of Pène. 2 – At the road, turn immediately left and follow it along the path of Castillon towards different Mas (Provençal farmhouses). Possible presence of cars. Continue on the road until the junction at the Saint-Jean bridge. 3 – Arriving at the "RIS" sign, turn left to take back the path that sinks again into the little massive. 1 – Back to the Castillon towers, turn right and follow the first path taken to complete the tour of the towers.

Vom Parkplatz aus nehmen Sie den blau markierten steinigen Weg, der leicht ansteigt und links am Bio-Olivenhain vorbeiführt. 1- Sobald die Türme in Sichtweite sind, nehmen Sie den Weg, der rechts ansteigt und den ersten Turm links liegen lässt. Beim dritten Turm, der nicht zu sehen ist, biegen Sie rechts ab und folgen dem blau markierten Weg an den Felsen von La Pène vorbei. 2- An der Straße biegen Sie direkt nach links ab und folgen ihr auf dem Chemin du Castillon in Richtung der verschiedenen Bauernhäuser (Vorsicht, wahrscheinlich Autos). Gehen Sie auf der Straße weiter bis zur Kreuzung an der Brücke Saint-Jean. 3- Am Schild RIS angelangt, biegen Sie links ab und nehmen den Weg wieder auf, der erneut in das kleine Massiv hineinführt. Zurück bei den Türmen von Castillon biegen Sie rechts ab und folgen dem ersten Weg, den Sie auf der Umrundung der Türme genommen haben.

Neem vanaf de parkeerplaats het stenige, blauw gemarkeerde pad dat lichtjes stijgt en langs de biologische olijfgaard aan de linkerkant loopt. 1- Zodra u de torens ziet, neemt u het pad dat aan de rechterkant stijgt en de eerste toren aan de linkerkant verlaat. Ga ter hoogte van de derde toren, die tot nu toe onzichtbaar was, naar rechts en blijf het blauw gemarkeerde pad volgen langs de rotsen van La Pène. 2- Ga bij de weg direct naar links en volg de Chemin du Castillon in de richting van de verschillende boerderijen (wees voorzichtig, er kunnen auto's staan). Blijf de weg volgen tot aan het kruispunt bij Pont Saint-Jean. 3- Eenmaal bij het RIS-bord aangekomen, sla je linksaf om het pad te vervolgen, dat opnieuw diep het kleine massief in gaat. Terug bij de torens van Castillon, ga je naar rechts en volg je het eerste pad dat je nam om het bezoek aan de torens te voltooien.

Desde el aparcamiento, tomar el camino pedregoso marcado en azul que asciende suavemente, bordeando el olivar ecológico por la izquierda. 1- Una vez vistas las torres, tomar la pista que sube a la derecha, dejando la primera torre a la izquierda. A la altura de la tercera torre, invisible hasta ahora, gire a la derecha y continúe por el camino marcado en azul por las rocas de La Pène. 2- En la carretera, gire directamente a la izquierda y camine por ella, siguiendo el Chemin du Castillon en dirección a las distintas granjas (tenga cuidado, es probable que haya coches). Continúe por la carretera hasta el cruce de Pont Saint-Jean. 3- Al llegar a la señal del RIS, gire a la izquierda para continuar por el camino, que se adentra de nuevo en el pequeño macizo. De vuelta a las torres de Castillon, gire a la derecha y siga el primer camino que tomó para completar el recorrido de las torres.

Dal parcheggio si imbocca il sentiero sassoso segnato in blu che sale dolcemente, costeggiando l'oliveto biologico sulla sinistra. 1- Una volta viste le torri, prendere il sentiero che sale a destra, lasciando la prima torre sulla sinistra. All'altezza della terza torre, finora invisibile, svoltare a destra, quindi continuare a seguire il sentiero segnato in blu dalle rocce di La Pène. 2- Alla strada, svoltare direttamente a sinistra e percorrerla, seguendo il Chemin du Castillon in direzione delle varie cascine (attenzione, è probabile la presenza di automobili). Proseguire sulla strada fino all'incrocio di Pont Saint-Jean. 3- Raggiunto il cartello RIS, si gira a sinistra per continuare il sentiero che si addentra nuovamente nel piccolo massiccio. Tornati alle torri di Castillon, girate a destra e seguite il primo sentiero percorso per completare il giro delle torri.
