En 2004, l’Association ECLAT, productrice du Festival s’est dotée du PARAPLUIE. Centre international de création artistique, de recherche et de rayonnement pour le théâtre de rue et premier CNAR (Centre National des Arts de la Rue).

In 2004, the Association ECLAT, producer of the Festival has equipped itself with PARAPLUIE. International Center for Artistic Creation, Research and Outreach for Street Theater and first CNAR (National Center for Street Arts).

Im Jahr 2004 hat der Verein ECLAT, der das Festival produziert, das PARAPLUIE übernommen. Internationales Zentrum für künstlerisches Schaffen, Forschung und Ausstrahlung für das Straßentheater und erstes CNAR (Centre National des Arts de la Rue).
