Massif forestier de Meine – Vannes-le-Châtel

Dans un vaste massif forestier calcaire dominant le Toulois, se situent plusieurs vallons en connexion surplombés par une ancienne carrière. Le périmètre du site comprend également les parcelles forestières d'Hussigny-Godbrange récemment acquises par le conseil général. Communes concernées: Vannes-le-Châtel, Uruffe, Blénod-les-Toul, Allamps Patrimoine naturel: La présence de 26 espèces d'intérêt régional place le site parmi les plus riches du département pour les vallons forestiers. Dix espèces de chauves-souris ont été contactées, dont quatre en chasse (Vespertilion d'Alcathoe, Barbastelle d'Europe, Grand murin et Vespertilion de Bechstein). Les oiseaux typiques des forêts s'y rencontrent également (Grimpereau des bois, Pics noir et mar) et les amphibiens comptent le Triton palmé et la Grenouille rousse. Le massif de Meine est également reconnu pour l'intérêt entomologique de ses lisières forestières tout à fait propices à la Bacchante.

In a vast limestone forest massif overlooking the Toulois, there are several connecting valleys overlooked by an old quarry. The perimeter of the site also includes the forest plots of Hussigny-Godbrange recently acquired by the General Council. Municipalities concerned: Vannes-le-Châtel, Uruffe, Blénod-les-Toul, Allamps Natural heritage: The presence of 26 species of regional interest places the site among the richest in the department for the forest valleys. Ten species of bats have been contacted, four of which are hunting (Vespertilion d'Alcathoe, Barbastelle d'Europe, Grand murin and Vespertilion de Bechstein). Typical forest birds are also encountered (Wood Creeper, Black and Sea Woodpeckers) and amphibians include the Palm Triton and the Red Frog. The Meine Massif is also known for the entomological interest of its forest edges, which are very suitable for the Bacchante.

In einem ausgedehnten Kalksteinwaldmassiv, das den Toulois überragt, befinden sich mehrere miteinander verbundene Täler, die von einem alten Steinbruch überragt werden. Das Massif de Meine ist auch für seine entomologisch interessanten Waldränder bekannt, die sich für die Bacchusart eignen.

Het Meine-massief staat ook bekend om het entomologisch belang van zijn bosranden, die bijzonder geschikt zijn voor de Bacchante.

Se ha contactado con diez especies de murciélagos, cuatro de las cuales son cinegéticas (murciélago de Alcathoe, barbastela europea, ratón grande y murciélago de Bechstein). También se encuentran aquí las aves típicas de los bosques (trepador, pito negro y blanco) y entre los anfibios se encuentran el tritón palmeado y la rana roja. El macizo del Meine también es conocido por el interés entomológico de sus bordes de bosque, especialmente adecuados para el bacante.

Comuni interessati: Vannes-le-Châtel, Uruffe, Blénod-les-Toul, Allamps Patrimonio naturale: la presenza di 26 specie di interesse regionale rende il sito uno dei più ricchi di valli forestali del dipartimento. Sono state contattate dieci specie di pipistrelli, quattro delle quali sono cacciabili (pipistrello di Alcathoe, barbastella europea, topolino maggiore e pipistrello di Bechstein). Qui si trovano anche uccelli tipici dei boschi (rampichino, picchio bianco e nero) e anfibi come il tritone palmato e la rana rossa. Il massiccio della Meine è noto anche per l'interesse entomologico dei suoi margini forestali, ideali per il baccante.
