Le granite de Plouescat, une roche identitaire – Plouescat

Le massif granitique de Plouescat s'est mis en place dans l'ortho gneiss de Plounévez-Lochrist, une des principales formations métamorphiques du Léon, il se prolonge en mer sur 5 à 10 km. Entre Menfig et Poulfoën notamment,la côte sauvage regorge de rochers et d'amoncellements chaotiques et étranges qui font fantasmer les esprits. Ici, le bien nommé "Roch ar Ch'i" (en français le rocher du chien) point n'est besoin de recherches pour le trouver, ni d'imagination pour le voir, là encore le rocher du "Gisant", il est tellement saisissant de vérité que les traits de son visage se remarquent d'emblée… bien d'autres seront visibles : "Skudellou Paotred ar Sabad", "Roch ar Goukoug"…. Ces rochers titanesques,œuvres naturelles d'une nature généreuse, impliquent un seul mot d'ordre , l'imagination pour ouvrir un nouveau regard sur cette magnifique Côte des Sables.

Plouescat's granite massif is set in the Plounévez-Lochrist ortho-gneiss, one of the main metamorphic formations of the Léon region, and extends 5 to 10 km out to sea. Particularly between Menfig and Poulfoën, the wild coastline abounds with chaotic, strange rocks and heaps that are the stuff of fantasies. Here, the aptly named "Roch ar Ch'i" (in French, the dog's rock) requires neither research to find it, nor imagination to see it, and there again, the rock of the "Gisant", which is so strikingly real that the features of its face are immediately noticeable… many others can be seen: "Skudellou Paotred ar Sabad", "Roch ar Goukoug"…. Vor allem zwischen Menfig und Poulfoën ist die wilde Küste voll von chaotischen und seltsamen Felsen und Ansammlungen, die die Fantasie beflügeln. Hier der gut benannte "Roch ar Ch'i" (zu Deutsch: "Hundefelsen"), für den man weder suchen muss, um ihn zu finden, noch Fantasie braucht, um ihn zu sehen, dort der Felsen des "Gisant", der so wahrheitsgetreu ist, dass die Gesichtszüge sofort auffallen… Viele andere werden zu sehen sein: "Skudellou Paotred ar Sabad", "Roch ar Goukoug"….. Diese titanischen Felsen, die natürlichen Werke einer großzügigen Natur, erfordern nur ein einziges Wort: Vorstellungskraft, um einen neuen Blick auf diese wunderschöne Sandküste zu eröffnen.

Hier, de toepasselijke naam "Roch ar Ch'i" (in het Frans, le rocher du chien), je hoeft geen onderzoek te doen om het te vinden, noch heb je enige verbeelding nodig om het te zien, en daar, de rots van de "Gisant", die zo opvallend echt is dat de gelaatstrekken onmiddellijk duidelijk zijn … er zijn vele andere te zien: "Skudellou Paotred ar Sabad", "Roch ar Goukoug"…. Deze titanische rotsen, natuurwerken met een genereus karakter, vereisen slechts één parool: verbeelding om een nieuw perspectief te openen op deze prachtige Côte des Sables.
