Site médiéval de l'Hauture

S'il ne conserve actuellement qu'une enceinte avec chemin de ronde, deux tours et deux portes au nord et au sud, tous éléments datés de la fin du 12ème siècle, les sources écrites attestent qu'au Moyen Age le château comportait de nombreuses constructions seigneuriales, à fonction résidentielle, économique ou militaire. La qualité de ses défenses comme sa silhouette, fière et altière comme ses seigneurs, ont pu faire écrire à son sujet " le castel fort est si fort batillié,… ne le prendront que ceux qui sont aux ciel " !

If it currently retains only an enclosure with a parapet walk, two towers and two gates to the north and south, all dating from the end of the 12th century, written sources attest that in the Middle Ages the castle had many seigneurial buildings, with residential, economic or military function. The quality of its defences as well as its silhouette, proud and haughty as its lords, may have made people write about it "the castel fort is so strongly batillié,… will only take it those who are in heaven"!

Jahrhunderts datiert werden. Schriftliche Quellen belegen jedoch, dass die Burg im Mittelalter zahlreiche herrschaftliche Gebäude umfasste, die Wohn-, Wirtschafts- und Militärzwecken dienten. Die Qualität der Verteidigungsanlagen und die Silhouette der Burg, die stolz und hochmütig wie ihre Herren war, führten dazu, dass über die Burg geschrieben wurde: "le castel fort est si fort batillié, … ne le prendront que ceux qui sont aux ciel" (Die Burg ist so stark batilliert, … sie wird nur von denen eingenommen, die im Himmel sind)

Hoewel het momenteel alleen een omheining heeft met een wachtpad, twee torens en twee poorten in het noorden en het zuiden, die alle dateren uit het einde van de 12e eeuw, getuigen schriftelijke bronnen dat het kasteel in de middeleeuwen talrijke seigneuriale constructies omvatte, met residentiële, economische of militaire functies. De kwaliteit van zijn verdedigingswerken en zijn silhouet, trots en hooghartig als zijn heren, leidden ertoe dat erover werd geschreven "het sterke kasteel is zo sterk gebouwd,… alleen zij die in de hemel zijn zullen het innemen"!

Aunque en la actualidad sólo cuenta con un recinto con paseo de ronda, dos torres y dos puertas al norte y al sur, todo ello de finales del siglo XII, las fuentes escritas atestiguan que en la Edad Media el castillo incluía numerosas construcciones señoriales, con funciones residenciales, económicas o militares. La calidad de sus defensas, así como su silueta, orgullosa y altiva como la de sus señores, hizo que se escribiera sobre él "el fuerte castillo está tan fuertemente construido,… ¡sólo los que están en el cielo lo tomarán"!

Sebbene attualmente si presenti solo con un recinto con cammino di ronda, due torri e due porte a nord e a sud, tutte risalenti alla fine del XII secolo, le fonti scritte attestano che nel Medioevo il castello comprendeva numerose costruzioni signorili, con funzioni residenziali, economiche o militari. La qualità delle sue difese e la sua silhouette, fiera e altera come i suoi signori, portarono a scrivere: "Il forte castello è così fortemente costruito,… solo coloro che sono in cielo lo prenderanno"!
