Résidence de Printemps – Bégard

Une résidence de création au croisement de l’art, du goût et du paysage. Du 11 au 26 avril, la designer culinaire Céline Pelcé sera accueillie en résidence pour développer un projet de déambulations gustatives dans le paysage, en amont et en lien direct avec l’exposition Éléments. Au cœur du projet, l’artiste imagine une proposition événementielle – un dîner vernissage ou une performance culinaire participative – invitant le public à une traversée sensorielle du paysage. L’expérience prendra la forme d’une succession de tableaux gustatifs évoquant la topographie et la richesse du site. En dialogue avec un maraîcher bio local, et après analyse de l’eau du puits, Céline Pelcé composera une œuvre comestible qui relie le cosmique et le microscopique, l’humain et le végétal, le sauvage et le cultivé.

A creative residency at the crossroads of art, taste and landscape. From April 11 to 26, culinary designer Céline Pelcé will be in residence to develop a project of gustatory wanderings through the landscape, in direct connection with the Elements exhibition. At the heart of the project, the artist imagines an event proposal? a dinner or a participatory culinary performance? inviting the public to take a sensory sensory journey through the landscape. The experience will take the form of a succession of gustatory tableaux evoking the topography and richness of the site. In dialogue with a local organic market gardener, and after analyzing the well water, Céline Pelcé will compose an edible work that links the cosmic and the microscopic, the human and the vegetable, the wild and the cultivated.

Ein kreativer Aufenthalt an der Schnittstelle von Kunst, Geschmack und Landschaft. Vom 11. bis zum 26. April wird die kulinarische Designerin Céline Pelcé in einem Residenzprojekt untergebracht, um im Vorfeld und in direkter Verbindung mit der Ausstellung Éléments ein Projekt zu entwickeln, das Geschmackswanderungen in der Landschaft vorsieht. Im Zentrum des Projekts steht die Idee eines Veranstaltungsvorschlags – ein Dinner oder eine Mahlzeit vernissage oder eine kulinarische Performance, die das Publikum zu einer kulinarischen Reise durch die Landschaft einlädt sensorischen Durchquerung der Landschaft einlädt. Die Erfahrung wird die Form einer Folge von Geschmacksbildern annehmen, die die Topographie und den Reichtum des Ortes in Erinnerung rufen. Im Dialog mit einem lokalen Bio-Gemüsebauern und nach der Analyse des Brunnenwassers wird Céline Pelcé ein essbares Werk komponieren, das das Kosmische und das Mikroskopische, das Menschliche und das Pflanzliche, das Wilde und das Kultivierte miteinander verbindet.

Van 11 tot 26 april zal culinair ontwerper Céline Pelcé in residentie zijn om een project te ontwikkelen van zwerftochten door het landschap, stroomopwaarts van en direct verbonden met de Elements tentoonstelling. De kern van het project wordt gevormd door een reeks evenementen die de kunstenares ontwerpt: een diner vernissage of een participatieve culinaire performance? waarbij het publiek wordt uitgenodigd om een zintuiglijke zintuiglijke reis door het landschap te maken. De ervaring zal de vorm aannemen van een opeenvolging van gustatorische tableaus die de topografie en rijkdom van de locatie oproepen. Del 11 al 26 de abril, la diseñadora culinaria Céline Pelcé estará en residencia para desarrollar un proyecto de paseos gustativos por el paisaje, a contracorriente de la exposición Elements y directamente relacionado con ella. En el centro del proyecto, la artista ideará una serie de eventos: una cena vernissage o una performance culinaria participativa? invitando al público a realizar un viaje sensorial sensorial a través del paisaje. La experiencia adoptará la forma de una sucesión de tableaux gustativos que evocarán la topografía y la riqueza del lugar. En diálogo con un horticultor ecológico local, y tras analizar el agua del pozo, Céline Pelcé compondrá una obra comestible que vincula lo cósmico y lo microscópico, lo humano y lo vegetal, lo salvaje y lo cultivado.

Dall'11 al 26 aprile, la designer culinaria Céline Pelcé sarà in residenza per sviluppare un progetto di vagabondaggio gustativo attraverso il paesaggio, a monte e direttamente collegato alla mostra Elements. Al centro del progetto, l'artista concepirà una serie di eventi: una cena, un vernissage o un evento partecipativo vernissage o una performance culinaria partecipata? invitando il pubblico a compiere un viaggio sensoriale attraverso il paesaggio sensoriale attraverso il paesaggio.
