Parc du Mausolée de Cadoudal

Après avoir rallié dans un premier temps les idées révolutionnaires, il bascule dans le camp de la chouannerie et prend la tête de l’Armée Royale et Catholique de Bretagne. Après une tentative de complot contre Napoléon, il est arrêté et guillotiné à Paris en 1804. Ses restes reposent aujourd’hui dans un mausolée consacré à sa mémoire, à Kerléano. After initially rallying to revolutionary ideas, he switched to the camp of the Chouannerie and became head of the Royal and Catholic Army of Brittany. After an attempted plot against Napoleon, he was arrested and guillotined in Paris in 1804. His remains now rest in a mausoleum dedicated to his memory in Kerléano. Open to the public, in a wooded park restored in the 1970s.
