Musée du football au Pays de Sillé – Sillé-le-Guillaume

Créé en 2024, le musée du football au Pays de Sillé est installé au Stade Martin Parayre de Sillé le Guillaume. A travers des photos, des trophées, des articles de presse et des objets de collections, vous pourrez admirer l’histoire de l’USS né en 1911, club historique mais aussi découvrir son club rival l’Entente Silléenne 1970 ainsi que l’histoire de l’US Rouessé Vassé 1947 club voisin. De la création du club par Louis & Victor Danteaux (et leurs amis), chapeliers « Aux 100 000 Chapeaux » sur la place du Marché aux Bestiaux et les premiers matchs de l’USS à l’hippodrome du lac de Sillé en 1911 en passant par la construction du stade en 1937 et les années d’après guerre où l’USS atteindra plusieurs fois le niveau régional, vous découvrirez dans ce musée les hommes et les femmes qui ont fait l’histoire du football depuis plus de 100 ans au Pays de Sillé et qui continue de l’écrire… Musée ouvert le dimanche, lors des jours de match du FC Pays de Sillé.
