Menhirs de Pontaret – Lugasson

D'abord signalés par Léo Drouyn, les deux menhirs de Pontaret sont, selon l'abbé Labrie, "sans doute les restes d'un alignement plus ou moins important". Le monolithe érigé à l'est, situé au carrefour de deux chemins, a depuis été renversé. Le menhir occidental, de forme triangulaire, aurait été réinstallé sur un autre emplacement dans la seconde moitié du XXème siègle à l'instigation d'André Pezat.

First reported by Léo Drouyn, the two menhirs of Pontaret are, according to Father Labrie, "undoubtedly the remains of a more or less important alignment". The monolith erected to the east, located at the crossroads of two paths, has since been overturned. The western menhir, triangular in shape, would have been reinstalled on another site in the second half of the 20th century at the instigation of André Pezat.

Die beiden Menhire von Pontaret wurden zuerst von Léo Drouyn gemeldet und sind laut Abbé Labrie "zweifellos die Überreste einer mehr oder weniger bedeutenden Aufreihung".
