Les Carrières de molasse

La molasse est une roche tendre présente dans tout le Bas Dauphiné où elle constitue souvent la seule pierre de construction. Si d'autres carrières de molasse existent aux alentours, seul le site de Châteauneuf permit son exploitation à grande échelle.
