L'association «l'Arbre aux Abeilles» fondée le 27 mai 2008 a pour objet officiel: «Entreprendre des actions de communication, de recherche et de création à partir des savoir faire traditionnels liés aux ruches troncs.» L'association, le vendredi en été, vous propose des parcours commentés et en autonomie pour découvrir les ruchers troncs de la vallée de l'abeille noire. Visites de ruchers troncs traditionnels : présentation de ruches traditionnelles, information et documentation sur les abeilles noires, dégustation de miel, et d’hydromels traditionnels, adresses d’apiculteurs en mode traditionnel et éleveurs d’abeilles noires. Animations proposées sur rendez-vous : conférences, films documentaires, jeu d’initiation à la biologie de l’abeille pour les enfants, ateliers d’initiation, chantiers participatifs de restauration de ruchers, ateliers contés en lieux publics.

Bezoeken aan traditionele bijenkorven: presentatie van traditionele bijenkorven, informatie en documentatie over zwarte bijen, proeven van honing en traditionele mede, adressen van traditionele imkers en kwekers van zwarte bijen.
