Eglise Saint-Valérien – Saint-Vallerin

L'église a été érigée dans le 1er quart du XIIe siècle. Le chœur sous coupole et l’abside en hémicycle sont les seules parties datant de la construction d'origine avec le clocher. La chapelle sud est d’époque gothique, elle a été fondée en 1477 en l’honneur de Notre-Dame par Philippe Deslive, curé de Saint-Laurent-d’Andenay. Durant la seconde moitié du XVIIIe siècle (période de la Révolution française), plusieurs écrits historiques mentionnent que l'église était partiellement en ruines. La nef et la chapelle latérale nord, modernes, ont été reconstruites au XIXe siècle.

The church was built in the first quarter of the 12th century. The choir under a dome and the semi-circular apse are the only parts dating from the original construction, together with the bell tower. The south chapel is Gothic, it was founded in 1477 in honor of Our Lady by Philippe Deslive, priest of Saint-Laurent-d'Andenay. During the second half of the 18th century (period of the French Revolution), several historical writings mention that the church was partially in ruins. The nave and the north side chapel are modern and were rebuilt in the 19th century.

Die Kirche wurde im ersten Viertel des 12. Jahrhunderts errichtet. Der Chor unter einer Kuppel und die halbkreisförmige Apsis sind neben dem Glockenturm die einzigen Teile, die noch aus dem ursprünglichen Bau stammen. Die Südkapelle stammt aus der Gotik und wurde 1477 zu Ehren Unserer Lieben Frau von Philippe Deslive, dem Pfarrer von Saint-Laurent-d'Andenay, gestiftet. In der zweiten Hälfte des 18. Das moderne Kirchenschiff und die nördliche Seitenkapelle wurden im 19. Jahrhundert wieder aufgebaut.
