Église Saint-Joseph – Moreilles

Du début du XIIème siècle jusqu'en 1790, Moreilles est dotée d'une abbaye. Au début du XIXème siècle, elle est en très mauvais état et l'ensemble est reconstruit d'inspiration gothique entre 1867 et 1871 grâce à la générosité des habitants. La façade est restaurée en 1965.

From the early 12th century to 1790, Moreilles had an abbey. By the early 19th century, the abbey was in a very poor state of repair, and between 1867 and 1871 it was rebuilt in Gothic style, thanks to the generosity of local residents. The façade was restored in 1965.

Von Anfang des 12. Jahrhunderts bis 1790 verfügte Moreilles über eine Abtei. Jahrhunderts war sie in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und der Komplex wurde zwischen 1867 und 1871 dank der Großzügigkeit der Einwohner im gotischen Stil wiederaufgebaut. Die Fassade wurde 1965 restauriert.

Moreilles had een abdij van het begin van de 12e eeuw tot 1790. Aan het begin van de 19e eeuw was de abdij in zeer slechte staat en werd tussen 1867 en 1871 in gotische stijl herbouwd dankzij de vrijgevigheid van de lokale bevolking. De voorgevel werd in 1965 gerestaureerd.

Moreilles tuvo una abadía desde principios del siglo XII hasta 1790. A principios del siglo XIX, la abadía se encontraba en muy mal estado y fue reconstruida en estilo gótico entre 1867 y 1871 gracias a la generosidad de la población local. La fachada se restauró en 1965.
