Eglise Saint Jean l'Evangeliste – Dole

Bel exemple d'architecture contemporaine, l'Eglise St Jean a été édifiée en 1964 par Anton Korady. Elle est conçue à l'image d'une voile gonflée par le vent. Les grilles en acier qui l'entourent illustrent l'Apocalypse de St Jean et sont l'oeuvre du sculpteur Calka. Cette Eglise a été classée Monument Historique du XXième siècle en 2007.

A fine example of contemporary architecture, St John's Church was built in 1964 by Anton Korady. It is designed to resemble a sail inflated by the wind. The steel railings that surround it illustrate the Apocalypse of St John and are the work of the sculptor Calka. The church was listed as a 20th-century historic monument in 2007.

Die St. Johanneskirche ist ein schönes Beispiel für zeitgenössische Architektur und wurde 1964 von Anton Korady erbaut. Die Kirche ist einem Segel nachempfunden, das vom Wind gefüllt wird. Las rejas de acero que la rodean ilustran el Apocalipsis de San Juan y son obra del escultor Calka. La iglesia fue declarada monumento histórico del siglo XX en 2007.

Le ringhiere in acciaio che la circondano illustrano l'Apocalisse di San Giovanni e sono opera dello scultore Calka. Nel 2007 la chiesa è stata classificata come monumento storico del XX secolo.
