Eglise Saint-Etienne – Condat-sur-Trincou

L'église Saint-Etienne, église romane datant de la fin du XIIe siècle, a été modifiée au cours des siècles, et est inscrite à l'inventaire supplémentaire des monuments historiques depuis 1848. Elle possède un important clocher-porche et des peintures murales en trompe-l'œil, ainsi qu'une statue de la Vierge avec un très joli sourire. Des fresques ont été découvertes et restaurées il y a peu de temps : elles se trouvent dans la nef à gauche de l’autel.

The Romanesque church Saint-Etienne was built at the end of the 12th century and underwent modifications over the centuries. The church was listed as a historical monument in 1948. It has an important porch bell tower, trompe l’œil murals and a statue of the Virgin with a beautiful smile. Frescoes were discovered and restored recently: they are to the left of the altar.

Die Kirche Saint-Etienne, eine romanische Kirche aus dem späten 12. Jahrhundert, wurde im Laufe der Jahrhunderte verändert und ist seit 1848 im Zusatzinventar der historischen Denkmäler eingetragen. Sie besitzt einen bedeutenden Portalglockenturm und Wandmalereien mit Trompe-l'oeil-Effekt sowie eine Statue der Jungfrau Maria mit einem sehr hübschen Lächeln. Vor kurzem wurden Fresken entdeckt und restauriert: Sie befinden sich im Kirchenschiff links neben dem Altar.

De kerk Saint-Etienne, een romaanse kerk uit het einde van de 12e eeuw, is in de loop der eeuwen gewijzigd en staat sinds 1848 op de aanvullende inventaris van historische monumenten. Het heeft een grote klokkentoren en trompe-l'oeil muurschilderingen, evenals een standbeeld van de Maagd met een zeer mooie glimlach. Onlangs werden fresco's ontdekt en gerestaureerd in het schip links van het altaar.

La iglesia románica Saint-Etienne fue construida a finales del siglo XII y modificada después. Fue clasificada como monumento histórico en 1948. Posee un importante campanario, pinturas murales al trampantojo, y una estatua de la Virgen con una hermosa sonrisa. Pinturas al fresco fueron descubiertas y restauradas recientemente: se sitúan a la izquierda del altar.
