Église Notre-Dame de Séronnes – Châteauneuf-sur-Sarthe – Les Hauts-d'Anjou

Charmante église élevée au 12e siècle, l'édifice domine la vallée de la Sarthe. Il est repris au cours des siècles suivants avec notamment l'édification de voûtes de style gothique Plantagenêt. Elle est finalement décorée de fresques au 13e puis au 16e siècle.

Charming church built in the 12th century, the building dominates the valley of the Sarthe. It was rebuilt in the following centuries with the construction of vaults in the Plantagenet Gothic style. It is finally decorated with frescoes in the 13th and 16th centuries.

Die bezaubernde Kirche wurde im 12. Jahrhundert erbaut und dominiert das Tal der Sarthe. In den folgenden Jahrhunderten wurde die Kirche wieder aufgebaut und erhielt Gewölbe im Stil der Plantagenet-Gotik. Im 13. und 16. Jahrhundert wurde die Kirche schließlich mit Fresken geschmückt.
