Brinon-Sur-Beuvron, ancien chef-lieu de canton a connu bien des changements au cours du temps. C'est une coquette bourgade située dans la verdoyante vallée du Beuvron. Lors de votre visite, vous y trouverez le Château édifié par les Rabutin au XVème siècle (demeure privée fer mée aux visites), l'Eglise Saint-Etienne du XVIème et de nombreuses maisons anciennes avec leur toit à la Mansart. Les personnages de Brinon : présence de Louis de Jaucourt qui travailla beaucoup avec Diderot à l'Encyclopédie au XVIIIème siècle et plus près de nous celle de Paul Faucher qui créa les albums du Père Castor (1943 – 1946).  Autour du village de nombreux sentiers de randonnée vous permettent de découvrir les environs. Jour de marché : Tous les Dimanches matin un joli marché de producteurs est organisé sous la Halle du Village. La commune propose de nombreux services : boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie, bar, traiteur, station service …. Tous les ans, le village s'anime pour le Festival des Petites Rêveries au mois de juin.
