Ancienne mairie de Mondeville – Mondeville

Cette mairie, couplée à un groupe scolaire, fut construite en 1905 sous le mandat d’Albert Viel. Elle est ensuite dotée d’un clocheton. En 1988 est construit l’Hôtel de Ville actuel, situé en face, rue Chapron. Les mariages continuent néanmoins d’y être célébrés. L’école élémentaire rénovée a été inaugurée en 2013 par M. Raymond Aubrac et porte le nom de son épouse, la résistante Lucie Aubrac

This town hall, coupled with a school complex, was built in 1905 under the mandate of Albert Viel. It was later fitted with a bell tower. In 1988, the present-day Hôtel de Ville was built across the street in rue Chapron. Marriages continue to be celebrated here. The renovated elementary school was inaugurated in 2013 by M. Raymond Aubrac and bears the name of his wife, the French Resistance fighter Lucie Aubrac
