The restaurant has known how to keep its rustic style combining exposed stone walls and subdued lighting, thus giving an intimate atmosphere. The two partners, Sébastien in the dining room and Olivier in the kitchen, play on gastronomy. In the dining room, Sébastien offers a wine list with 70 references where mix local wines, Bordelais, Côtes du Rhône, Chile, Spain… Olivier, in the kitchen, has prepared a seasonal menu because he is only working with fresh and high-quality products (for example, the Aranda lamb). Chef Olivier Foussard was awarded the official title of “Maitre Restaurateur”.

El restaurante supo guardar su estilo rustico aliando piedras aparentes y luz tamizada, dándole un ambiente intimista. Los dos socios, Sebastien en sala y Olivier en cocina, juegan la carta de la gastronomía. En sala, Sebastien propone una carta de vinos contando con una selección de 70 referencias entre las cuales se presentan vinos locales, como, el Bordelais, el Côtes du Rhône, Chile, España… Olivier, el chef de cocina, elabora una carta de temporada evolutiva ya que solo trabaja con productos frescos y de calidad (el cordero de Aranda por ejemplo). El Titulo Maestro de cocina ha sido atribuido al Chef Oliver Foussard.
