The chef of the Barbican uses only fresh produce for 100% home-made, traditional French cooking, but also a popular, totally British speciality : fish and chips. The restaurant is closed on Thursday evenings but you can order fish and chips and other dishes to take away. The Barbican also comes into your home with the option « Restau To Go ».
