The kitchen in the center, is an invitation to exchange, discover, observe the passionate and respectful work of Laura and Allistair having at heart to highlight in the heart of the plate, the vegetable, fruit of the work of local producers. Een middeleeuws dorp, dat van Sauveterre-de-Béarn, genesteld op de hoogten met de Pyreneeën als achtergrond, is het decor dat het restaurant La Légende heeft gekozen. De locatie is atypisch in deze voormalige bistro uit 1900, helemaal in de lengte, waar gezelligheid het parool lijkt te zijn. De keuken in het centrum is een uitnodiging tot uitwisseling, ontdekking en observatie van het gepassioneerde en respectvolle werk van Allistair, die de groente, de vrucht van het werk van lokale producenten, centraal stelt op het bord. Borden om te delen met anderen of om alleen te proeven, al dan niet vergezeld van natuurlijke streekwijnen, zo staat het menu elke dag. Liefhebbers van koffie en thee, 's ochtends of 's middags, zullen ook de warme sfeer binnen of op het zonnige terras waarderen.

El lugar es atípico. En este antiguo bistró de 1900, con una estructura alargada, la amabilidad parece ser la consigna. La cocina en el centro, es una invitación a intercambiar, descubrir y observar el trabajo apasionado y respetuoso de Laura y Allistair, cuyo deseo es destacar el producto vegetal, fruto del trabajo de los productores locales, en el centro del plato. La cucina al centro è un invito a condividere, scoprire e osservare il lavoro appassionato e rispettoso di Allistair, il cui obiettivo è mettere in primo piano le piante al centro del piatto, frutto del lavoro dei produttori locali. Piatti da condividere con gli altri o da gustare da soli, accompagnati (o meno) da vini naturali locali: questo è il menu di ogni giorno.
