Christian and Mathieu Ravinel's dream came true in 2014 when they were able to settle in the beautiful Salagou region which is rich in biodiversity with its local produce, its farmers and its winegrowers. La Palombe was the most obvious choice for them. Matthew will be able to offer you his refined cooking which keeps up with seasonal and locally produced goods and Christian will share his love of the wonderful wines from the region.

2014 haben sich Christian und Mathieu Ravinel ihren Traum erfüllt, in der wunderschönen Gegend des Salagou-Tales ihr eigenes Restaurant zu eröffnen. Mathieu, der die französische Küche auf der Hotelfachschule von Thonon les Bains und Ferrandi in Paris von der Pike auf studiert hat und weitere Erfahrungen mit den Sterneköchen William Ledeuil im Restaurant Ze Kichen Gallery sowie mit Michel Kayser im Restaurant Alexandre in Nîmes gesammelt hat, bereitet für Sie kulinarische Köstlichkeiten aus hiesigen Produkten zu, während Christian mit Ihnen seine Liebe zum Wein dieser Gegend teilen wird.
