Elle vient de réaliser son rêve en ouvrant son restaurant à Carcassonne, où elle exprime sa créativité à travers des plats préparés sous vos yeux depuis une cuisine ouverte. Ses assiettes sont à la fois esthétiques, colorées et travaillées avec des produits frais. Son autre passion est la peinture et ses oeuvres décorent la salle du restaurant.

Refined bistronomic creations, made with carefully selected products. Passionate about French cuisine, Mira left her native Ukraine 15 years ago. She has now made her dream come true by opening her own restaurant in Carcassonne, where she expresses her creativity through dishes prepared before your very eyes from an open kitchen. Her dishes are aesthetically pleasing, colorful and made with fresh produce. Her other passion is painting, and her works decorate the restaurant's dining room.
