Côté Cour is a restaurant where everything is homemade with mostly fresh and local products. We welcome you in the old stone Mas de Vigneronne or in the courtyard, at the foot of the magnificent plane tree. As a restaurant for small or large groups, we regularly welcome families and associations of between 20 and 70 people, either by table service or buffet. We love traditional cuisine such as beef cheek with gribiche sauce, dishes with memories of travel such as trout tataki with coconut and lime; our desserts also follow the rhythm of the seasons and local produce. We like to get our local vegetables from the early bird store in Saint Mathieu, our bread from the Chabanol house, our meat from Lozère, our trout from the Buège valley, our lamb from the Hortus plateau and our wines from the Pic Saint-Loup and the surrounding area.
