Au fond de cette cour se cache un domaine fait de pierres et de carreaux anciens, aux hauts volumes, tantôt un relais poste, un hôtel, ou même un bar, voilà maintenant qu'il est un restaurant traditionnel, avec un parc arboré et sécurisé à l'arrière, une terrasse couverte et un espace détente pour vous accueillir ici dans une ambiance douce et chaleureuse, la convivialité étant notre mot d'ordre. Après ces 15 dernières années à Barsac, aussi bien sur place qu'à emporter, Fred a ressenti l'envie et le besoin de vous faire partager autre chose de son savoir faire. Nos cuisiniers, ces vrais passionnés, mettent un point d'honneur à travailler et retravailler des produits frais, les cuissons de 8h à basse température, la valorisation de produits simples, sans oublier bien évidemment la générosité !
