L'entrée du bâtiment est commune à trois appartements, mais notre location au deuxième et dernier étage est totalement indépendante, accessible par un escalier privé. Vous serez accueillis dans un espace climatisé. En entrant, le vaste salon est baigné de lumière naturelle, équipé d'une télévision avec Netflix et d'une chaîne hi-fi. La cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger est entièrement équipée. Le canapé du salon est convertible si nécessaire. Les grandes fenêtres offrent une vue sur l'estuaire de la Gironde, vous permettant de profiter pleinement du paysage environnant.

Welcome to our charming apartment, ideally located on the top floor of a townhouse in the heart of Pauillac. This vacation rental is perfect for couples. The entrance to the building is shared by three apartments, but our rental on the second and top floor is totally independent, accessible via a private staircase. You'll be welcomed into an air-conditioned space. As you enter, the vast living room is bathed in natural light, equipped with a TV with Netflix and a hi-fi system. The kitchen opens onto the dining room and is fully equipped. The sofa in the living room is convertible if required. The large windows overlook the Gironde estuary, allowing you to take full advantage of the surrounding landscape.
