Location à partir de sept nuits – flexibilité arrivée/départ en dehors des périodes juillet et août.Location à partir de trois nuits pour les week-ends prolongés de Mai-Juin et Novembre La Maison des Bois Flottés se compose de deux Gites individuels et indépendants entre l'océan, les Marais Salants de Guérande et le parc de la Briére. Au gîte « Port au Loup « vous pourrez passer un séjour en toute indépendance, nous vous confirons les clés à votre arrivée pour une totale liberté durant votre séjour. Il comprendUne pièce de vie avec une cuisine équipée pour réaliser vos repas dans votre gîte, un espace salon avec télévision et coin repas. A l'étage deux chambres dans un esprit bois " cocon" – une avec un lit double (160) – et une autre avec deux lits (90). La salle d'eau est au rez de chaussée avec sa douche à l’italienne. Les toilettes sont indépendantes. Pour les petits, mise à disposition selon vos besoins : lit parapluie, chaise haute et baignoire bb . Son atout : en accès direct une terrasse ombragée par un grand chêne avec salon de jardin, parasol, transats, petit jardinet ( non clos) exposé sud. Nous pouvons mettre à disposition dans le gîte, les draps (lit fait à votre arrivée) les serviettes de toilette et draps de bains, linge de cuisine (voir options tarifs ) Une option ménage fin de séjour peut vous être proposé. Nos tarifs ne comprennent pas la taxe de séjour. Les règlements en chèques vacances sont acceptés. Durant la période Juillet et Août les locations se font de préférence à la quinzaine du samedi au samedi, en dehors de cette période flexibilité pour des jours d' arrivée et de départ pour les séjours à la semaine. SUR PLACE Un parking extérieur et privatif et vous est réservé, ( 1 à 2 emplacements voiture ) ainsi qu'un parking vélos. Une buanderie privative à l'intérieur du gîte avec le lave-linge, table à repasser et rangement. Internet en Wifi , gratuit. Un petit cadeau d’accueil vous sera remis à votre arrivée et une riche documentation touristique à votre disposition pour vous aider à découvrir ou redécouvrir la région. Im Gîte "Port au Loup" können Sie einen völlig unabhängigen Aufenthalt verbringen, wir bestätigen Ihnen die Schlüssel bei Ihrer Ankunft, damit Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts völlig frei sind. Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit einer ausgestatteten Küche, in der Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten selbst zubereiten können, einem Wohnbereich mit Fernseher und Essecke. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer im Holzstil – eines mit einem Doppelbett (160 cm) und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten (90 cm). Das Badezimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit einer begehbaren Dusche. Die Toiletten sind separat. Für die Kleinen stehen je nach Bedarf ein Kinderbett, ein Hochstuhl und eine Babybadewanne zur Verfügung. In de gîte "Port au Loup" kunt u genieten van een volledig onafhankelijk verblijf. U krijgt de sleutels bij aankomst, zodat u kunt genieten van volledige vrijheid tijdens uw verblijf. De gîte bestaat uitEen woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste keuken waar je je maaltijden in je gîte kunt bereiden, een zithoek met televisie en een eethoek. Boven zijn twee slaapkamers in een houten "cocon" stijl – een met een tweepersoonsbed (160cm) en de andere met twee eenpersoonsbedden (90cm). Op de begane grond is een doucheruimte met inloopdouche. De toiletten zijn apart. Voor de allerkleinsten zijn een kinderbedje, een kinderstoel en een babybadje beschikbaar. Het voordeel: directe toegang tot een terras in de schaduw van een grote eik met tuinmeubels, parasol, ligstoelen en een kleine tuin (niet omheind) op het zuiden. Nella gîte "Port au Loup" potrete godere di un soggiorno completamente indipendente: vi consegneremo le chiavi al vostro arrivo, in modo che possiate godere della massima libertà durante il vostro soggiorno. Si compone di un soggiorno con una cucina completamente attrezzata dove potrete preparare i vostri pasti in gîte, un salotto con televisione e una zona pranzo.
