The property is located in a peaceful hamlet 1.5 km from the shops in Châteauponsac. Numerous hiking trails run alongside and through the Gartempe river, fields and woods. Two hoots is a recently renovated house equipped with all modern comforts (internet connection, central heating…), yet retaining its old-fashioned style. The outside space is well laid out: garden, private courtyard and grounds with outdoor swimming pool in summer, badminton, pétanque court, table tennis, basketball hoop, and a barn with games (table soccer, billiards, and darts).
