A l'intérieur, c'est tout neuf ! Nous avons privilégié une rénovation lumineuse, avec des matériaux de qualité et une décoration associant confort et design épuré. On a conservé ce qui faisait l'âme de ce lieu, son esprit d'atelier, avec plus de 3m20 sous plafond, un sol en béton quartzé, une structure métallique apparente et de grandes verrières qui baignent la maison de clarté dès les premiers rayons de soleil. Dans le détail, la maison est composée de trois niveaux : – au rez-de-chaussée : la grande pièce de vie s'ouvre sur la terrasse, avec cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon (équipé d'un vidéoprojecteur). Un vestibule, une buanderie et un WC complètent ce niveau. – le 1er étage est dédié aux adultes : 4 chambres doubles (3 plein sud, 1 avec petite vue mer), 2 salles de bain, 1 WC et surtout un grand palier avec son véritable babyfoot de café, pour des parties endiablées ! – l'espace enfants au 2nd étage : 1 grand dortoir avec 6 lits simples et 1 lit double, attenant à une salle de bain avec baignoire et un WC. Abbiamo conservato l'anima del luogo, la sua atmosfera da officina, con soffitti di oltre 3 metri e 20, un pavimento in cemento al quarzo, una struttura metallica a vista e grandi lucernari che inondano la casa di luce fin dai primi raggi del sole. Nel dettaglio, la casa si sviluppa su tre livelli: – al piano terra: l'ampio soggiorno si apre sulla terrazza, con cucina a vista, sala da pranzo e salotto (dotato di videoproiettore).
