Centre town, 100 m from the beach, with Terrace. The house is ideally located in a small quiet street of the town centre. As long as you stay in Granville, no need to use a car. If you wish to do some purchases, look for a restaurant, go to the beach,… just go walking. The casino square, and the long Plat Gousset promenade along the sea are 100 m away. The inside of the house has been entirely rebuilt. The 30 sq. m. living-room gives direct access to a sunny 35 sq. m. terrace facing south-west and surrounded with beds of flowers and shrubs. A play-TV room for children is arranged in the attics. Free car park facilities are available near the house. How to enjoy your stay ? The coast offers immense sand beaches, as well as rocks for fishing. From GRANVILLE, you may visit SAINT MICHAEL MOUNT (45 min drive) or travel to JERSEY, GUERNSEY or CHAUSEY Islands. If you like walking tours, you will never forget the sea-strand crossing – with a guide – between GENËTS and SAINT MICHAEL MOUNT. The coastguard path between SAINT-JEAN-LE-THOMAS and the cape of CAROLLES is another possibility. If you are fond of historic sites, then visit the abbeys of LA LUCERNE, HAMBYE, or LESSAY (11th century), the PIROU fortified castle (11th century), or the cathedral of COUTANCES (13th century), As to children, they will like the VAL-ès-FLEURS play-ground and park (500 m away from the house), the aquarium (1 km), or the CHAMPREPUS zoo (20 km).
