Au rez de chaussée : une cuisine équipée, une salle d'eau avec douche italienne et WC , un deuxième WC indépendant, une chambre avec deux lits de 90 jumelables, salon avec poêle à bois, TV, Wifi, ouvert sur une salle à manger lumineuse. A l'étage deux chambres avec chacune deux lits de 90 jumelables donnant accès à un petit balcon . Parking privé sur place. Grand jardin de 1300 M2, avec terrasse, salon de jardin, barbecue ,transats. Pour votre confort, un panier de bois compris. Possibilité d'en acheter plus en option. Lits parapluie et chaise haute à disposition sur demande au moment de la réservation.

In Héricourt, in einem ruhigen Viertel, wurde die Unterkunft "Gîte du Télégraphe" im Familienhaus des Eigentümers eingerichtet, einem Künstlerhaus (Bilder, Mosaik…), das vollständig renoviert wurde. Im Erdgeschoss: 1 ausgestattete Küche, 1 Badezimmer mit italienischer Dusche und WC, 1 zweites separates WC. 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten von 90 cm, die zusammengestellt werden können. Wohnzimmer mit Holzofen, TV, Wifi, offen zu einem hellen Esszimmer. Im Obergeschoss 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten von 90 cm, die zusammengestellt werden können, mit Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon. Privater Parkplatz vor Ort. Großer Garten von 1300 m² mit Terrasse, Gartenmöbeln, Grill, Liegestühlen. Regenschirmbett und Hochstuhl auf Anfrage. In Héricourt: alle Geschäfte, Freizeitbereich. 10 km von Belfort, seiner Zitadelle und seinem berühmten Löwen, 8 km von Montbéliard, einer hübschen Stadt, die für ihren Weihnachtsmarkt in der Franche-Comté bekannt ist, und 30 Minuten vom Plateau des Mille Étangs entfernt. Zahlreiche Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. 35 Minuten von Luxeuil-les-Bains (Thermalbad, Casino…) entfernt. Gîte tout compris: Bettwäsche, Reinigung, Handtücher, Heizung, Strom und Holz.

De gîte du télégraphe is omgebouwd tot gezinswoning van de eigenaar, een kunstenaarshuis (schilderijen, mozaïeken ….). Begane grond: ingerichte keuken, doucheruimte met Italiaanse douche en WC, tweede aparte WC, slaapkamer met twee bedden van 90 cm, zitkamer met houtkachel, TV, WiFi, uitkomend op een lichte eetkamer. Boven zijn twee slaapkamers, elk met twee bedden van 90 cm en toegang tot een klein balkon. Privé parkeerplaats op het terrein. Grote tuin van 1300 m2 met terras, tuinmeubilair, barbecue en ligstoelen. Een houtmand is inbegrepen voor uw gemak. Als optie kunnen er meer gekocht worden. Kinderbedjes en kinderstoelen beschikbaar op aanvraag bij de reservering.

Casa rural con todo incluido: ropa de cama, limpieza, toallas, calefacción de gasoil. El gîte du télégraphe se ha convertido en la casa familiar del propietario, una casa de artista (pinturas, mosaicos….). Planta baja: cocina equipada, cuarto de baño con ducha italiana y WC, segundo WC separado, dormitorio con dos camas de 90 cm, sala de estar con estufa de leña, TV, WiFi, que da a un luminoso comedor. Arriba hay dos dormitorios, cada uno con dos camas de 90 cm y acceso a un pequeño balcón. Aparcamiento privado. Gran jardín de 1300 m2 con terraza, muebles de jardín, barbacoa y tumbonas. Se incluye una cesta de leña para su comodidad. Se pueden comprar más como opción. Cunas y tronas disponibles bajo petición en el momento de la reserva.

Il gîte du télégraphe è stato trasformato nella casa di famiglia del proprietario, una casa d'artista (dipinti, mosaici….). Piano terra: cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia italiana e WC, secondo WC separato, camera con due letti da 90 cm, soggiorno con stufa a legna, TV, WiFi, che si apre su una luminosa sala da pranzo. Al piano superiore si trovano due camere da letto, ciascuna con due letti da 90 cm e accesso a un piccolo balcone. Parcheggio privato in loco. Ampio giardino di 1300 m2 con terrazza, mobili da giardino, barbecue e sedie a sdraio. È incluso un cesto di legna per la vostra comodità. È possibile acquistarne altri come opzione. Culle e seggioloni disponibili su richiesta al momento della prenotazione.
