Le Ptit Pré RiYoux – Bourgvilain

Bourgvilain en Bourgogne du sud. Notre gite, complètement indépendant, est une ancienne grange rénovée il y a une dizaine d'années. Il est idéal pour des séjours famille pouvant accueillir 8 personnes (possibilités 2 de plus dans la mezzanine). Il se constitue d'une pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, d'un séjour avec poêle à bois performant qui offre une chaleur très agréable pour les mois un peu frais, un salon télé et coin bureau, 3 chambres dont une avec salle d'eau et toilette privée, 1 salle de bain à l'étage et toilette, une terrasse privative avec barbecue, des espaces verts, jeux de plein air, un parking privé. Si bébé il y a, nous avons lit, poussette et chaise haute. Nous sommes au milieu des prés et des bois mais surtout au pied des sentiers de randonnée comme le GR de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, à 20 minutes de la Roche Solutré entre autres. Restaurants (au guide Michelin) et activités sont à portée de main, notamment le lac de Saint Point pour la baignade, pédalo, la pêche. Cluny, connu pour son abbaye, haras national est à moins de 10 minutes . Nous sommes entourés de très beaux villages et de leurs églises romanes. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés.

Bourgvilain in South Burgundy. Our gite, completely independent, is an old barn renovated about ten years ago. It is ideal for family stays and can accommodate 8 people (with the possibility of 2 more in the mezzanine). It consists of a living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a living room with an efficient wood burning stove which provides a very pleasant warmth in the cooler months, a TV lounge and office area, 3 bedrooms, one of which has a shower room and private toilet, 1 bathroom on the first floor with toilet, a private terrace with barbecue, green areas, outdoor games, private parking. If there is a baby, we have a bed, pushchair and high chair. We are in the middle of meadows and woods but above all at the foot of hiking trails such as the GR of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, 20 minutes from the Roche Solutré among others. Restaurants (Michelin guide) and activities are within easy reach, notably the lake of Saint Point for swimming, pedal boats and fishing. Cluny, known for its abbey and national stud farm is less than 10 minutes away. We are surrounded by beautiful villages and their Romanesque churches. Pets are accepted.

Bourgvilain in Südburgund. Unser völlig unabhängiges Ferienhaus ist eine alte Scheune, die vor etwa zehn Jahren renoviert wurde. Es ist ideal für Familienaufenthalte und bietet Platz für 8 Personen (2 weitere Personen können im Zwischengeschoss untergebracht werden). Es besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit offener, voll ausgestatteter Küche, einem Wohnzimmer mit leistungsstarkem Holzofen, der in den kühleren Monaten eine angenehme Wärme bietet, einem Fernsehraum und einer Büroecke, 3 Schlafzimmern, davon eines mit eigenem Bad und Toilette, einem Badezimmer im Obergeschoss und einer Toilette, einer privaten Terrasse mit Grill, Grünflächen, Spielgeräten und einem Privatparkplatz. Wenn es ein Baby gibt, haben wir ein Kinderbett, einen Kinderwagen und einen Hochstuhl. Wir befinden uns inmitten von Wiesen und Wäldern, aber vor allem am Fuße von Wanderwegen wie dem GR de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, 20 Minuten von La Roche Solutré und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Restaurants (im Michelin-Führer) und Aktivitäten sind in Reichweite, insbesondere der See von Saint Point zum Schwimmen, Tretbootfahren und Angeln. Cluny, bekannt für seine Abtei und sein Nationalgestüt, ist weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir sind von wunderschönen Dörfern mit ihren romanischen Kirchen umgeben. Haustiere sind erlaubt.

Bourgvilain in Zuid-Bourgondië. Onze gite, volledig onafhankelijk, is een oude schuur die ongeveer tien jaar geleden is gerenoveerd. Het is ideaal voor familieverblijven en is geschikt voor 8 personen (met de mogelijkheid van nog 2 in de mezzanine). Het bestaat uit een woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste open keuken, een woonkamer met een efficiënte houtkachel die voor een zeer aangename warmte zorgt in de koelere maanden, een tv-lounge en kantoorruimte, 3 slaapkamers, waarvan één met doucheruimte en eigen toilet, 1 badkamer op de eerste verdieping met toilet, een privé-terras met barbecue, groene zones, buitenspelen, privé-parkeerplaats. Als er een baby is, hebben we een bed, kinderwagen en kinderstoel. Wij bevinden ons te midden van weilanden en bossen maar vooral aan de voet van wandelpaden zoals de GR van Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, op 20 minuten van onder andere de Roche Solutré. Restaurants (Michelin gids) en activiteiten zijn binnen handbereik, met name het meer van Saint Point om te zwemmen, waterfietsen en vissen. Cluny, bekend om zijn abdij en nationale stoeterij ligt op minder dan 10 minuten afstand. We zijn omringd door prachtige dorpen en hun Romaanse kerken. Huisdieren zijn toegestaan.

Bourgvilain en el sur de Borgoña. Nuestra casa rural, completamente independiente, es un antiguo granero renovado hace unos diez años. Es ideal para estancias familiares y tiene capacidad para 8 personas (con la posibilidad de 2 más en el entresuelo). Se compone de una sala de estar con una cocina abierta totalmente equipada, una sala de estar con una estufa de leña eficiente que proporciona un calor muy agradable en los meses más fríos, una sala de televisión y zona de oficinas, 3 dormitorios, uno de los cuales tiene un cuarto de ducha y aseo privado, 1 baño en el primer piso con aseo, una terraza privada con barbacoa, zonas verdes, juegos al aire libre, aparcamiento privado. Si hay un bebé, tenemos una cama, un cochecito y una trona. Estamos en medio de prados y bosques pero sobre todo al pie de rutas de senderismo como el GR de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, a 20 minutos de la Roche Solutré entre otras. Los restaurantes (guía Michelin) y las actividades están al alcance de la mano, sobre todo el lago de Saint Point para nadar, los botes a pedal y la pesca. Cluny, conocida por su abadía y su yeguada nacional, está a menos de 10 minutos. Estamos rodeados de hermosos pueblos y sus iglesias románicas. Se aceptan mascotas.

Bourgvilain, nella Borgogna meridionale. La nostra gite, completamente indipendente, è un vecchio fienile ristrutturato circa dieci anni fa. È ideale per soggiorni in famiglia e può ospitare 8 persone (con la possibilità di altre 2 nel soppalco). Si compone di un soggiorno con cucina a vista completamente attrezzata, un salotto con un'efficiente stufa a legna che fornisce un calore molto piacevole nei mesi più freddi, una sala TV e una zona ufficio, 3 camere da letto, di cui una con bagno con doccia e servizi igienici privati, 1 bagno al primo piano con servizi igienici, una terrazza privata con barbecue, aree verdi, giochi all'aperto, parcheggio privato. Se c'è un bambino, abbiamo un letto, un passeggino e un seggiolone. Siamo in mezzo a prati e boschi, ma soprattutto ai piedi di sentieri escursionistici come il GR di Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, a 20 minuti dalla Roche Solutré, tra gli altri. Ristoranti (guida Michelin) e attività sono facilmente raggiungibili, in particolare il lago di Saint Point per nuotare, pedalare e pescare. Cluny, nota per l'abbazia e la scuderia nazionale, si trova a meno di 10 minuti. Siamo circondati da bellissimi villaggi e dalle loro chiese romaniche. Si accettano animali domestici.
