Carène et François seront ravis de vous accueillir dans leur petit gîte entièrement rénové au centre du village et mitoyen à leur habitation. Rez de chaussée : pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée et coin salon avec poêle à granulés et un WC et une buanderie avec un lave linge. A l'étage : 2 chambres avec 2 lits double et salle d'eau. Un spa privatif 6 personnes est à votre disposition sur la terrasse surélevée de 40 m2 donnant accès sur une chambre. Possibilité d'un couchage double supplémentaire avec le canapé convertible. Le linge de lit et de toilette est fourni, nous mettons également à votre disposition un lit parapluie, une baignoire bébé et une chaise haute. Les peignoirs pour le SPA sont à disposition sans supplément. Espace repas et détente extérieur ainsi qu'un garage pouvant abriter vélos et/ou motos Accès wifi fibre, tv orange, jeux. Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen and sitting area with pellet stove, WC and laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and shower room. A private 6-person spa is available on the 40 m2 elevated terrace leading to a bedroom. Possibility of an additional double bed with the sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a cot, baby bath and high chair. Bathrobes for the SPA are available at no extra charge. Outdoor dining and relaxation area and garage for bikes and/or motorcycles Wifi fiber access, orange TV, games. Ein privater Whirlpool für 6 Personen steht Ihnen auf der erhöhten Terrasse von 40 m2 zur Verfügung, die Zugang zu einem Schlafzimmer bietet. Möglichkeit einer zusätzlichen Doppelschlafstelle mit dem Schlafsofa. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Wir stellen Ihnen auch ein Regenschirmbett, eine Babybadewanne und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Bademäntel für das SPA stehen ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig, evenals een kinderbedje, babybadje en kinderstoel. Badjassen voor de spa zijn beschikbaar zonder extra kosten. Buiten is er een eet- en ontspanningsruimte en een garage voor fietsen en/of motoren Wifi glasvezel toegang, oranje TV, spelletjes. Mogelijkheid om 2 auto's te parkeren op de omheinde binnenplaats. Dispone de un spa privado para 6 personas en la terraza elevada de 40 m2 que da a un dormitorio. Cama doble adicional disponible en el sofá cama. Se proporciona ropa de cama y toallas, así como cuna, bañera para bebé y trona. Albornoces para el spa están disponibles sin cargo adicional. Zona exterior para comer y relajarse y garaje para bicicletas y/o motos Acceso Wifi fibra, TV naranja, juegos. Posibilidad de aparcar 2 coches en el patio cerrado. Piano terra: soggiorno con cucina attrezzata e zona salotto con stufa a pellet, WC e ripostiglio con lavatrice. Al piano superiore: 2 camere con 2 letti matrimoniali e bagno con doccia. Una spa privata per 6 persone è disponibile sulla terrazza rialzata di 40 m2 che conduce a una camera da letto. Letto matrimoniale aggiuntivo disponibile sul divano letto. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti, così come una culla, un bagnetto e un seggiolone. Gli accappatoi per la spa sono disponibili senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. All'esterno zona pranzo e relax e garage per biciclette e/o moto Accesso Wifi in fibra, TV arancione, giochi. Possibilità di parcheggiare 2 auto nel cortile recintato.
