Le Gîte du Tanon – Bias

Nous vous attendons à Bias, petit village sur la côte landaise, à seulement 7 km de l'océan, et de tous loisirs sportifs et nautiques. Cette location de vacances est située au calme, dans un cadre arboré. Aménagée dans une ancienne grange, elle a su garder le charme d'une bâtisse en briques associé au confort moderne. Ce gîte lumineux avec ses nombreuses baies vitrées, est un petit nid douillet pour un séjour à deux toute l'année. Il est composé d'une pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée, d'une chambre (1 lit 160×200), d'une salle d'eau avec wc. Les équipements électroménagers et hifi sont nombreux : lave-linge, sèche-linge, four micro-ondes, TV écran plat, WIFI. Une terrasse avec salon de jardin et plancha gaz vous est réservée tout comme un vaste terrain à l'arrière de la propriété (l'habitation des propriétaires est sur place). Pour le confort de tous, le gîte est non fumeur.

This holiday rental is located in a quiet, wooded setting. Fitted out in an old barn, it has kept the charm of a brick building combined with modern comfort. This luminous gîte with its numerous bay windows, is a cosy little nest for a stay for two all year round. It is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom (1 bed 160×200), a shower room with toilet. The household appliances and hifi are numerous: washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, flat screen TV, WIFI. A terrace with garden furniture and plancha gas is reserved for you as well as a vast ground at the back of the property (the owners' house is on the spot). For the comfort of all, the gîte is non-smoking.
