LE GÎTE DES OISILLONS – Maillezais

Le gîte comporte une pièce de vie (cuisine, salon sans télévision et coin repas). À l'étage, 2 chambres avec dans la première 1 lit double et la possibilité de mettre un lit bébé, la deuxième chambre a 1 lit double plus 1 lit simple. Vous retrouverez également une salle de douche avec double vasque et douche à l'italienne. Le gîte comporte 2 toilettes, un en bas et l'autre en haut. À l'extérieur une terrasse avec table, chaises et barbecue. Si besoin, plus accès jardin pour les enfants pour aller jouer au toboggan. Un parking juste à côté du gîte.

The gîte comprises a living room (kitchen, sitting room without TV and dining area). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, the first with 1 double bed and the possibility of a crib, the second with 1 double bed plus 1 single bed. There's also a shower room with double washbasin and walk-in shower. The gîte has 2 toilets, one downstairs and one upstairs. Outside, a terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. If required, plus garden access for children to play on the slide. Parking right next to the gîte.

Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem Wohnraum (Küche, Wohnzimmer ohne Fernseher und Essbereich). Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und der Möglichkeit, ein Babybett aufzustellen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Sie werden auch ein Duschbad mit Doppelwaschbecken und italienischer Dusche finden. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Toiletten, eine unten und eine oben. Im Außenbereich befindet sich eine Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Grill. Bei Bedarf gibt es einen Zugang zum Garten für die Kinder, um auf der Rutsche zu spielen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt neben der Unterkunft.

De gîte bestaat uit een woonkamer (keuken, zitkamer zonder televisie en eethoek). Boven zijn er 2 slaapkamers, de eerste met 1 tweepersoonsbed en de mogelijkheid voor een kinderbedje, en de tweede met 1 tweepersoonsbed plus 1 eenpersoonsbed. Er is ook een doucheruimte met dubbele wastafel en inloopdouche. De gîte heeft 2 toiletten, één beneden en één boven. Buiten is er een terras met tafel, stoelen en barbecue. Indien gewenst is er ook toegang tot de tuin voor kinderen om te spelen op de glijbaan. Er is een parkeerplaats direct naast de gîte.

La casa rural consta de una sala de estar (cocina, sala de estar sin televisión y comedor). Arriba, hay 2 dormitorios, el primero con 1 cama doble y la opción de una cuna, y el segundo con 1 cama doble más 1 cama individual. También hay un cuarto de ducha con lavabo doble y ducha a ras de suelo. La casa rural dispone de 2 aseos, uno abajo y otro arriba. En el exterior hay una terraza con mesa, sillas y barbacoa. Si se desea, también hay acceso al jardín para que los niños jueguen en el tobogán. Hay un aparcamiento justo al lado de la casa rural.

L'alloggio è composto da un soggiorno (cucina, salotto senza televisione e zona pranzo). Al piano superiore si trovano 2 camere da letto, la prima con 1 letto matrimoniale e la possibilità di aggiungere una culla, e la seconda con 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 letto singolo. C'è anche un bagno con doccia con doppio lavabo e cabina doccia. L'alloggio dispone di 2 servizi igienici, uno al piano inferiore e uno al piano superiore. All'esterno si trova una terrazza con tavolo, sedie e barbecue. Se necessario, c'è anche un accesso al giardino per i bambini che possono giocare sullo scivolo. C'è un parcheggio proprio accanto all'alloggio.
