Dans la magnifique région Comminges Pyrénées, vous passerez des vacances au calme dans ce gîte, où de nombreuses visites et activités sont possibles : le sentier de randonnée de la Via Garona est à 4km (chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle), un des plus beaux villages de France et Grand Site de la région Occitanie, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges,est à 13km, le lac et le golf de Montréjeau sont à 13km, le village Gallo-Romain de Montmaurin est à 22km, et enfin la station thermale et de ski de Luchon-Superbagnères est à 39km et l'Espagne à 40km. Au coeur de l'ancienne petite ville thermale de Labarthe-Rivière, à quelques kilomètres de Saint-Gaudens, cette ferme rénovée se répartit en 3 logements mitoyens : l'habitation des propriétaires et 2 gîtes ruraux. Parking commun aux 2 gîtes. Jardinet en devant de porte.  Au rez-de-chaussée : séjour, cuisine, buanderie, salle d'eau, WC. A l'étage, l'escalier débouche sur une grande pièce en combles (1 lit 2 pers. en 140cm) + (2 lits 1 pers. en 90cm séparés par une 1/2 cloison). Chauffage central gaz à régler du 1/10 au 31/05. Animaux acceptés avec caution supplémentaire de 50€. Fête votive le dernier week-end du mois d'août : 4 nuits avec bals et orchestre. Gîte non fumeur.

In the magnificent Comminges Pyrénées region, you'll enjoy a peaceful vacation in this gîte, where numerous visits and activities are possible: the Via Garona hiking trail is 4km away (Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route), one of France's most beautiful villages and a Grand Site in the Occitanie region, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, is 13km away, the lake and golf course of Montréjeau are 13km away, the Gallo-Roman village of Montmaurin is 22km away, and finally the spa and ski resort of Luchon-Superbagnères is 39km away and Spain 40km. In the heart of the old spa town of Labarthe-Rivière, a few kilometers from Saint-Gaudens, this renovated farmhouse comprises 3 adjoining units: the owners' home and 2 self-catering cottages. Shared parking for the 2 gîtes. Front garden. First floor: living room, kitchen, laundry room, shower room, WC. Upstairs, staircase leads to large attic room (1 x 140cm double bed) + (2 x 90cm single beds separated by 1/2 partition). Gas central heating to be paid from 1/10 to 31/05. Pets accepted with an additional 50? deposit. Fête votive last weekend in August: 4 nights with dances and orchestra. No smoking.

Gaszentralheizung, die vom 1.10. bis 31.05. reguliert wird. Haustiere sind gegen eine zusätzliche Kaution von 50? erlaubt. Volksfest am letzten Wochenende im August: 4 Nächte mit Bällen und Orchester. Nichtraucherhaus.
