Facing the Pic du Gar and on the edge of the beautiful village of Saléchan, Vue du Gar is an ideal vacation location. Facing due south, the property enjoys long hours of sunshine in summer and also on winter days. Located halfway between Montréjeau and Bagnères-de-Luchon, around 20-25 minutes by car, it is served by the airports of Lourdes (55 min) and Toulouse (90 min). Vue du Gar offers easy access to hiking trails and ski resorts, including Superbagnères, now accessible by the new Luchon gondola. It's also close to the Tour de France. The Hautes Pyrénées is also home to many important cultural and historical sites, such as St Bertrand de Comminges.

Im Außenbereich gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze für mehr als ein Auto, Gartenmöbel, einen Sonnenschirm und einen Grill. Die Nutzung des großen bewaldeten Gartens im hinteren Teil des Hauses ist erlaubt. Für Skifahrer und Radfahrer steht ein sicherer Abstellraum zur Verfügung
