Tout le logement est au rez-de-chaussée : 1 belle pièce de vie avec cuisine toute équipée, coin repas et coin salon avec TV (canal+, netflix, dysney+, BeIN), 1 chambre avec lit Queen size 160x 200, 1 chambre avec lit double 140×200 et 1 lit superposé 90×200 (ne convient pas au enfant de moins de 6 ans). Une salle d’eau / WC + une terrasse de 20m2 et jardin privatif de 350m2, non clôturé. 1 lit et équipement bébé sur demande. Tous les commerces sont à 4km depuis la maison et la gare TGV la plus proche est à 10mn en voiture. Le Cottage est attenant à la maison des propriétaires mais l'entrée et le jardin sont privatifs et sans vis à vis. Le garage peut accueillir vélos et motos. A la campagne avec toutes commodités à 4km, proche d'un village de 2000 habitants: pharmacie, poste, supermarché, boulangeries, restaurants, piscines municipales extérieures à 5min ouvertes en été. De nombreuses randonnées, sorties vélo sont possibles dans la région, en forêt, près de lacs, ainsi que la pêche en rivière.

All accommodation is on the ground floor: 1 attractive living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with TV (canal+, netflix, dysney+, BeIN), 1 bedroom with queen-size bed 160×200, 1 bedroom with double bed 140×200 and 1 bunk bed 90×200 (not suitable for children under 6). Shower room/WC + 20m2 terrace and 350m2 private, unfenced garden. 1 cot and baby equipment on request. All shops are 4km from the house and the nearest TGV station is 10 minutes away by car. The cottage adjoins the owners' house, but the entrance and garden are private and not overlooked. The garage has space for bikes and motorbikes. In the countryside with all amenities 4km away, close to a village of 2,000 inhabitants: chemist, post office, supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, municipal outdoor swimming pools 5 minutes away, open in summer. Numerous walks and cycle rides are possible in the region, in the forest, near lakes, as well as fishing in the river.

Alle Geschäfte sind 4 km vom Haus entfernt und der nächste TGV-Bahnhof ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Cottage ist an das Haus der Eigentümer angebaut, aber der Eingang und der Garten sind privat und nicht einsehbar. Die Garage bietet Platz für Fahrräder und Motorräder. Auf dem Land mit allen Annehmlichkeiten in 4 km Entfernung, in der Nähe eines Dorfes mit 2000 Einwohnern: Apotheke, Post, Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Restaurants, kommunale Freibäder in 5 Minuten Entfernung, die im Sommer geöffnet sind.
