Gîte à la ferme "La Montagnette" – Laguiole

Idéalement situé, sur le magnifique plateau de l’Aubrac, le gîte est aménagé sur deux niveaux. À l’étage vous disposez de deux chambres avec salle de bain privative. Dans le salon, un canapé convertible 2 places offre un couchage supplémentaire. Au rez-de-chaussée, une cuisine entièrement aménagée (four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle) est à votre disposition. Sur ce même niveau, vous trouverez une machine à laver, ainsi qu’un WC indépendant. Le logement dispose également d'une terrasse privative avec barbecue. Il s'agit d'un gîte mitoyen à la maison des propriétaires. Vous aurez facilement accès à la boutique de la ferme qui se situe à proximité immédiate. Les locataires disposent d’un accès WiFi gratuit. Les draps, serviettes de toilette et torchons sont fournis par nos soins. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis.

Located on the magnificent Aubrac plateau, the gîte is laid out on two levels. Upstairs you have two bedrooms with private bathroom. In the living room, a 2-seater convertible sofa offers additional sleeping space. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) is at your disposal. On this same level, you will find a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet. The accommodation also has a private terrace with barbecue. This is a gite adjoining the owners' house. You will have easy access to the farm shop which is located in the immediate vicinity. Tenants have free WiFi access. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided by us. Pets are not allowed.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in idealer Lage auf dem wunderschönen Plateau von Aubrac und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Im Obergeschoss verfügen Sie über zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Im Wohnzimmer bietet ein Schlafsofa für 2 Personen eine zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit. Im Erdgeschoss steht Ihnen eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler) zur Verfügung. Auf der gleichen Ebene finden Sie eine Waschmaschine sowie ein separates WC. Die Unterkunft verfügt außerdem über eine private Terrasse mit Grill. Es handelt sich um eine Unterkunft, die an das Haus der Eigentümer angrenzt. Sie haben leichten Zugang zum Hofladen, der sich in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet. Den Mietern steht ein kostenloser WLAN-Zugang zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher werden von uns gestellt. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

De gîte is ideaal gelegen op het prachtige plateau van Aubrac en heeft twee verdiepingen. De eerste verdieping heeft twee slaapkamers met en-suite badkamers. In de woonkamer zorgt een 2-zits slaapbank voor extra slaapruimte. Op de begane grond is er een volledig uitgeruste keuken (oven, magnetron, vaatwasser). Er is ook een wasmachine en een apart toilet. Er is ook een privéterras met barbecue. De gîte is geschakeld aan het huis van de eigenaren. De boerderijwinkel is gemakkelijk te bereiken. Gasten hebben gratis toegang tot WiFi. Beddengoed, handdoeken en theedoeken worden door ons verstrekt. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.

En el salón, un sofá cama de 2 plazas ofrece espacio adicional para dormir. En la planta baja, hay una cocina totalmente equipada (horno, microondas, lavavajillas). También hay una lavadora y un aseo separado. También hay una terraza privada con barbacoa. La casa rural está adosada a la casa de los propietarios. La tienda de la granja está a poca distancia. Hay conexión WiFi gratuita. Proporcionamos ropa de cama, toallas y trapos de cocina. No se admiten animales.

Situato in posizione ideale sul magnifico altopiano di Aubrac, l'alloggio si sviluppa su due livelli. Al primo piano si trovano due camere da letto con bagno privato. Nel soggiorno, un divano letto a 2 posti offre ulteriore spazio per dormire. Al piano terra si trova una cucina completamente attrezzata (forno, microonde, lavastoviglie). C'è anche una lavatrice e una toilette separata. È presente anche una terrazza privata con barbecue. L'alloggio è annesso alla casa dei proprietari. Il negozio della fattoria è facilmente raggiungibile. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione la connessione WiFi gratuita. Lenzuola, asciugamani e strofinacci sono forniti da noi.
